Bachelorette Party

The condo was very clean and roomy. Balcony is great with views of the ocean. Loved that we could walk to Pier Park. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Family Time PCB

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for my adult and teen children. Exceptional views of the gulf and the pier. Walking distance to Pier Park. Will stay here whenever I am in PCB.

Wonderful!

This property is located close to Pier Park (very close walking distance to restuarants and shops). The host is great with communication and responds promptly to all messages. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo!

Wonderful stay

This condo is beautiful! We loved how updated and new is was, plenty of room! Very clean and just a good vibe! We did have an issue with something listed on the website, but the manager was very prompt and handled it for us with ease. Highly recommend!

Beach Trip

Enjoyed by a group of Moms and daugters. Location is easy access within PCB. Very clean and beach chic decor with everything you need to feel at home. Owner is attentive. Pool in tower III is really nice and cabanas are a great option and reasonably priced.

Family Vacation

I haven’t been to Panama City Beach in years. When I got into the property, it reached my expectations. Because of that it made vacation fun and comfortable. The only issue I had was WiFi cutting in and out, but it didn’t really matter since the family and I were out majority of the time.

OMG

I can’t say enough about Kathryn or the property. Starting with the property it was exactly as pictured “beautiful” you had everything you needed (and I mean everything). It was spacious and very comfortable. Kathryn was the absolute best, anytime or anything we needed she was always there and available. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Panhandle Escape You Don't Want to Miss

Having been a resident on the Florida panhandle for a couple years and a frequent vacationer to Panama City Beach I have stayed in many different rental units. One of the first things you'll notice when stepping into this unit is it doesn't feel like a rental, but more like home with the modern, clean, and cozy furnishings. This location has all of the amenities you would want to stay comfortably while visiting the Sunshine State. It is within a short walking distance of City Pier 53 (which is great for fishing or a sunset walk) and S Pier Park Dr with all of the restaurants and shops. Within a very short drive is access to pharmacies and grocery/department stores if you need to restock on anything. The condo building (Calypso) itself felt very secure with cameras, dedicated parking, and plenty of lighting. We quickly discovered the downstairs cafe/kitchen (Emerald Hub) with good coffee and breakfast eats. The very large gated and heated pool was perfect for the colder weather we ran into while visiting. The unit had plenty of bedding, kitchen supplies, towels, coffee machine, and other complementary items. Our favorite part of the unit was the large balcony that we enjoyed almost every evening and watched the sunset over the beach. Before arrival the management team was very communicative and provided plenty of instructions and information up front well in advance of our visit, which made the overall process much smoother. We plan on staying here again.
