Great space inside. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved being able to wake up and have coffee on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins and listening to the waves.

October Beach Trip

The property was excellent! Very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes & cooking utensils. Attractive bedrooms, comfortable furnishings.

Property looked bigger in pictures. Pictures are deceiving. The owner was renovating to sale the place so it was not ready for a guest. Doors were not closing correctly. No shelves in the pantry. No curtains on the sliding glass doors in the living room or master bedroom so it was a 6 am wake-up every morning. Maintenance tried to come and fix it by duct taping a blanket in the master bedroom that fell the same night. The property showed several patio chairs and we only had 2 chairs on the patio. We will not stay at this location ever again.

Much Needed Getaway

We had 7 ladies on a retreat. The accommodations were great with the 3 beds/3 baths. They were comfortable and clean. We had a fantastic time! Just a note: the pool is on the side and not on the beachfront.

Highly Recommend

So much good to say regarding this rental. Clean. More than enough cooking needs met in condo (pots, pans, etc.). Great access to beach. Corner property is ideal. Thankful to owner! As well as Luxury Coastal Vacations. As as the property manager.

Great experience

Room was great, clean and spacious. Being on the end, our balcony had some extra space. The view was fantastic, and getting to the beach from the condo was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again. For my wishlist, I wish the master bedroom had a sliding door, or at least a window that could be opened. Would have loved to listen to the ocean in bed!

Great Corner Condo facing the ocean

Inside of condo looks just like the pictures. Could have been a little cleaner. The pool was a bit disappointing. It was very cold and not like the pictures. . It showed tennis courts in the pictures however there were none. Rug, cushion and garbage in sand below our patio. I contacted Kristi about it but it never got picked up all week. Hence my low rating for the property manager.

Annual Sister/Friends Trip

We enjoyed our stay 100%. The unit is decorated beautifully and I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. The bldg is obviously an older blg. Cosmetically it is very nice. However there are a few issues that need to be addressed. There were several extension cords being used because plugins were not in a user friendly place. Also we had an isse accessing the unit with our key code because it dosen’t work as you would expect. Theres a process. Maintenance had to come out and he explained how to use it. We had no other problems after that. The sliding door to the balcony is hard to open but easy to close. All that being said we absolutely loved the beach area ♥️🏖️. Not crowed at all but still close to all the places we enjoy. The only thing lacking was having direct access to an outdoor pool straight from the beach. Perfect Location Perfect Beach. We had a great time

Needs some attention

We stayed 2 weeks at 301T and had a great time. The condo had lots of windows which make for great ocean views. The decor was lovely. The couch was comfy, as was the master bed. The condo, however, needs some serious updating. There are 2 items that need to addressed immediately to avoid a personal injury lawsuit. The toilet in the secondary bedroom is not connected to the floor! The tub in that bathroom is missing the grab bar and is just gross. And the corner of rug under the dining room table is turned up and catches your foot every time you walk by. The refrigerator and microwave are rusted. The flooring has gaps and visible seams. The flatware is really cheap and flimsy. And a there is a shortage of wineglasses. Hope you address some of these issues.

Beach and ocean views were great but room had clearly been remolded at some point and paint cans and unfinished closet space afforded little place to store clothes and no space for groceries. Unit had no curtains. But overall nice.
