The ocean is calling. Here is your chance to answer & get close to nature. Incredibly private & loaded with wildlife, yet nestled close to both Sullivan & Franklin, this AIR CONDITIONED retreat features a bright sunroom. The outdoor area has a large patio with outdoor dining as well as incredible water views. The horseshoe pit also enjoys that same water view. There is an acre of fenced in yard making this an extra friendly spot for your four-legged friend.

LIVING AREA After blissful or adventurous (you get to choose!) day, watch a movie TV in the welcoming living area. The attached sunroom has a pellet stove. This home is located 20 mins from Ellsworth & is in a great location for all kinds of day trips in the Downeast area.

KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is well-equipped with full appliances, drip coffee maker & ample counter space.
BED & BATH This home sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The 3rd bedroom is really special. It offers complete privacy & is in its own separate suite over the garage. It has a separate entrance and comes complete with a kitchenette and a small living room area. The bedroom has a full bed and tv.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES This waterfront haven includes a horse shoe pit and a large deck with alfresco dining and wonderful views. The sprawling 2-acre property presents plenty of room to unwind. Yes, you can kayak or canoe right in your backyard. Did we mention the wildlife? So much to see... Be sure to watch the tide! There is a fenced in pen for your furry friend!
LOCATION - Find a variety of delicious eateries within a 5 -10-min drive from home in Sullivan and Franklin. Head to Tidal Falls Nature Preserve or enjoy another nearby hiking area. For a fun day trip, drive 40 minutes to Bar Harbor….

Acadia's BEST KEPT SECRET - This home is located in the heart of the Schoodic Peninsula. This parcel of the park offers spectacular views of Mount Desert Island and is the “quiet side” of Acadia National Park.

Great spot for sunsets and kayaking.

This was the perfect spot. Short walk to the water. The gardens are beautiful. It rained most of the time we were there but we made the best of it. I would highly recommend this rental.

Exceeded Expectations

Great views of the river. My 81 yr old father sat on the deck and enjoyed his coffee every morning. House was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Would def stay here again.

Great Property

If you are looking for a pet friendly property with views this is for you. The house was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. Had a little issue with the batteries being dead on the code lock but the management company was very responsive and told us how to get in!!! I would definitely rent again!

Loved how close to the water with easy access to the shore. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Wish more care was taken to the exterior and landscaping.

Thanks for a nice place to call home base

This is a very nice location and met all our needs. Being pet friendly, this rental had some odors until we aired out the building. Expected nature and insects. Very nice second suite for privacy. Thoughtful with lawn chairs and toiletries.

Amazing Location

The kids went straight to the water and before we even checked out the house, plans were being made for our next vacation here and renting this property. Waterfront property, fire pit, beautiful garden, completely fenced in yard for the pups, separate sleeping quarters above the garage for those who want to retreat from the kiddos, we had absolutely nothing but great things to say about this property. We will be back!

Great location for visiting Schoodic Point and Bar Harbor.

Coastal Main Vacations was absolutely terrific with communicating every step of the way. Would highly recommend using them in the future. Having the house stocked with essentials made arriving and staying an absolute pleasure.

Loved staying here, lots of space and privacy, well stocked. Equidistant from both parts of Acadia so we got to enjoy both. Responsive owner. Very clean.

Great location, beautiful property

House setup is strange, needs some updating. Location was great, well stocked, beautiful property, lots of space. Major downside was that the house smelled like urine. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Quick Work Trip

Needed a place that had room for 4 adults that were in the area for a work trip and this place was perfect. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space, beautiful scenery and very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The property manager was super fast to respond to a couple questions I had and was super nice. Thanks again for letting me rent your property.

Lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice, very clean, and nice and quiet. Plenty of space out back, and the views from the water were incredible. Owners were also very responsive to texts, which is always a plus. Would stay again!
