Loved the location; check in was a little confusing but once we got in, everything else was perfect. Condo was just as described; super clean. Pool was awesome.

Pool, beach, location great. Unit was clean & spacious. Appliances a little dated but worked fine. Beds not comfortable. Decor was not beachy but was adequate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

Nice condo in a great location. We were close to restaurants and shopping centers. The unit was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. The pools and outside areas were nice and well maintained.

Thanksgiving vacation

Perfect Location

Wish we had more time at this property. It is ideally located on the beach, with great views from the balcony and a short walk to the surf. Loved the lighted walkout for night walks. Inside, the property has everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Another fabulous Orange Beach vacation

It never fails! We love staying here. We have plenty of room, awesome accommodations, beautiful view and plenty of places to eat and shop. We have stayed all over OB and have found this condo the best, I guess that's why we keep coming back here, our home away from home. Thanks again, we'll be back in April!

we had a great time.

the building was clean and the unit was well cared for. We all enjoyed our stay. My suggestions for improvement would be a better patio set that seats more people and an ice vending machine in that tower like there is in the other tower.

Awesome View and Excellent Condo!

This place was awesome, right on the Beach, Jetti if you are a fisherman and restaurants for evening dinner. The Property Manager, Amanda was Outstanding. Love the easy access and not hassle check-in with the Key Code provided on arrival. Just a great Condo and exactly as advertised. We will be returning soon! Audie Hamman

End of Summer Getaway

This is our first time staying in Orange Beach and the Phoenix East II. Our property manager went above and beyond to help us out, even an early check in! The condo had amazing views. My favorite part was watching boats coming and going while having my morning coffee. We also saw dolphins everyday! It was close to stores, restaurants, and attractions . We will definitely be returning :)

Beautiful condominium!

We had a wonderful week long vacation there. The condo is furnished beautifully and is very close to restaurants and fun activities. The unit is right next to the Perdido Beach Resort and we had the pleasure of watching a Beach Wedding at the Resort from our Balcony. The unit is just 3 buildings from the “Pass” and we were able to watch the parade of Bill Fishing boats out the Pass to start the Tounament. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Great experience

Had an amazing time! Everything was super close to us...shopping, grocery stores, great restaurants( our favorite was Tacky Jacks). Great location and amazing views of the beach. This was our first time at orange beach and it will definitely not be our last!! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars across the board was because the master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable and squeaked every time I'd move so I ended up sleeping on the couch. If they'd replace the bed we would stay in the exact location every time we go!! It really was awesome other than the bed

Excellent Condo

We had a great time & the condo was Excellent. The only issue my husband & I had was the mattress in the Master Bedroom, very hard & the springs I could feel at times. I might would change that out or even put a topper on. Other than that everything was exceptional & we will plan on using this condo in the future!!

Great place

Great view, location, timely response by hosts and was everything we needed. Condo bedrooms and living space were perfect and very large kitchen. We were traveling with 4 other adult family members, including an elderly mom. Carpet throughout is very dirty and feels horrible. Needs to be replaced. Had a water leak in the kitchen that ran behind the cabinets to the bedroom carpet. Host was very responsive and quick to get maintenance out for help. They repaired the faucet the same day but the carpet remained saturated. We tried to clean it up with towels, but it was too much. Towels were filthy from our attempt to dry the carpet. We still enjoyed our stay and everything else about the condo. It was everything we needed. Loved Orange Beach!

Beach vacay

Nice property. Very clean. Overall enjoyable stay. Easy reservation, check in and check out through text/email. A few negatives (based on our stays at other properties in Destin where these were not issues) - Wifi would not stay connected. Managers made effort to contact provider but couldn’t get it fixed. Required parking pass had to be purchased, which was stated up front, but I would have rather this been included in cost. Beach chairs and umbrella-additional cost. Many guests brought their own and set up right in front of rented ones. Parking lot had owners parking spaces up front by condo and guests farther away. Owners and guests would not be there at the same time so this was annoying and left a lot of empty owner spots while the guests parked farther away. Last pet peeve-had to wear wristband that couldn’t be taken on and off for access to pool. Most guests didn’t wear them that we saw.
