The house was amazing! Everyone had so much fun, there were 15 of us. The game room was perfect, all the kids had a great time. We'll definitely be back during the summer!

Beautiful house with a matching view. Spacious with lots of rooms and areas for family and friends to gather, eat, and play. Adults and kids all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and game room. A great weekend getaway to celebrate a special occasion. The host was great; checked in on us and was easy to contact.

We just spent five incredible days at this home, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, the host was proactive, responsive, and thoughtful, making the entire experience effortless.The property itself is exceptional. The pool was absolutely pristine, the hot tub was perfect after long days of exploring, and the game room was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults. Our three kids immediately nicknamed it “The Adventure House,” and by the end of the trip they were begging not to leave.The attention to detail throughout the home was remarkable. Every kitchen essential you could possibly need was provided, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows and linens felt luxurious, and it was clear the owners have invested in creating a truly welcoming space.One of our favorite features was the privacy. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes from Bass Lake and Yosemite, and countless other activities. Watching the frequent visits from wild turkeys and a family of quail made our mornings even more special.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is easily one of the very best. In fact, before we even left, we promised our family we’d be back next year and we’ve already decided that next time we’re staying for two weeks instead of one.Thank you for sharing such an amazing home. We can’t wait to return!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed the roomy livingroom for conversations and LOVED the large round table where all 11of us could have meals together and see each other. This was a favorite for both of my daughters as well. The boys liked the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool. We spent a day in Semite and another day at Bass Lake boating and tubing. A fun vacation for all of us

Yosemite Trip

This is a beautiful property that is well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue that we had was the upstairs bedroom was very warm during the day. Other than that, this property fit our needs perfectly!

Best house! Best stay!

Our group of 16 (a trip we've been making for more than 15 years) absolutely loved our long weekend at the Yosemite adventure house. The house itself is in impeccable condition -- everything works, is clean, well labeled (that really helps) and just a great space for a group this large to really enjoy. The game room was an absolute highlight, the pool is fantastic and waking up to the gorgeous views ain't so bad either. Can not say enough positive about our stay. Plus check in and all that was very smooth. Hope we stay here again.

Magical home

The most beautiful, magical vacation rental home we have stayed at. They thought of every detail to make the home comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The home itself was beautiful and the views are stunning. We had deers great us every morning. I would recommend this rental to everyone and will definitely be back. We loved the home so much and made beautiful memories

Amazing Stay!

The property is really great for a large group, especially those with kids. Lots of places to sleep and eat. Very clean. Game room and toys kept the kids busy. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet are. We even saw deers! Amazing customer service. They really want the customer to enjoy their experience at their property. Would love to come back again during the warmer months just to enjoy the pool and the views.

Amazing house!!

We had a fabulous week-long stay at the Yosemite Adventure House. We were a party of 14, ages 2 to 79, and our appreciation of the house and its amenities was unanimous. From the pool and slide, to the jacuzzi, game garage, piano, puzzles, games, and books, every detail was well thought-out to ensure all guests enjoy their stay. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and the entire house was clean. Communication was excellent: Courtney was extremely helpful and responsive. The location of the house is perfect too: close enough to town to stock up while still feeling tucked away in the mountains with privacy. We had a memorable family reunion and I thank the Yosemite Adventure House team for making it happen.

We really enjoyed our time at the Adventure house. The staff, booking and whole process was EASY. The house, yard, shop is a large area to manage and needs some maintenance but so does EVERY residence. The beds- bathrooms- kitchen are clean!!! This home is abundant with wildlife and very peaceful and private outside. Thank you LOVE YOSEMITE this is just what we were looking for....we appreciated being hosted by you!

5 stars + amenities for the win

Yosemite Adventure house is a 10 out of 10. First of all the location is perfect! It is minutes away from Oakhurst, Bass Lake and about 25 minutes from the South Gate to Yosemite. Secondly, the amenities the home offers are next level: hot tub, pool, and EPIC game room, no palace, located in a workshop adjacent to the house. Third, there are so many areas to gather and hang out: the dining room, living room, indoor/outdoor picnic table, poolside gazebo,etc. The place is huge and plenty of space to spread out. Originally, we were supposed to have 10 guys there but life happens and 5 had to cancel. However, we plan to book this spot again next year and we will not worry one bit about enough sleeping space. Lastly, one of the first things I noticed walking in was how they put in the effort to label light switches, drawers, etc. Saved a ton of time trying to figure out what light was what. Highly recommend booking this place.

The view and design of this house is beautiful. We were five couples in our 70’s and 80’s. Walking in the front door and seeing the stunning view is the best part. The office team was fantastic dealing with a couple of minor problems. The cleaning team, however, needs to improve. The kitchen floor, counter and table all need a deep clean to get rid of the “stickiness” of all. On a positive note, the large round table with lazy-susan was awesome for our meals, games, and gathering around for chats and laughs. It sat ten of us very comfortably. The pool was awesome, but the outdoor furniture was very “tired!”. The longe area under the shade was really appreciated but well used. There was one resin lounger and four very uncomfortable wooden chairs around the pool. They were small, old and very difficult to get in and out of. Comfortable pool loungers with cushions would have been perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, silverware etc. There were several electric appliances. There are no cooking are baking supplies or any condiments as we have found other times when renting from VRBO, so bring all of your own supplies.The “bunkhouse” is actually the garage with a cement floor. I recommend larger area rugs when adults stay there. Another recommendation would be to have bath mats available for slippery showers.

This is the wonderful view upon entering home.
Covered area is nice. Wooden chairs not so much!

This was a wonderful basecamp for our extended family of 14's trip to Yosemite. It's spacious, clean, private, and beautiful. The pool was amazing for the Central CA daytime heat. Location is fantastic, located at the very end of a private road in the North side of Oakhurst, meaning that you're well-positioned to beat the Yosemite traffic. As with any large house and large group gathering, we had a couple issues that were addressed immediately, as the the hosts/management company are extremely responsive. They had a handyman up to fix something for us in 30min at 10pm during the middle of the week! Pretty impressive. We even got visited by a black bear on day 1, which was a huge highlight of our stay :)
