Seaside Retreat - resort setting with beach and pool access

To clarify, this apartment shares a wall with another unit. The two units make up a single family home, but there is no adjoining door, so it's not "part of anything" a home. it's an apartment until, like all apartments, sharing a wall and this is listed in several places in the listing. There should be no expectation that an apartment is a free-standing unit. There is a seperate side entrance to the apartment and contains a full kitchen, living room and separate full bedroom and bathroom. As for the resort features, there are two resort-caliber community pools, 10 boardwalks to beach access, restaurants, gym, shops, spa, bars, a paved, lushly landscaped bike path along the palm tree lined coast, dog park, fire pits, and much more! The emails to confirm bookings are auto generated from VRBO and I've double checked that they are accurate. Upon booking the guest is also provided the manager/host cell phone number to call or text. This guest did have a hard time understanding that the lock icon has to be pressed after the code. He just kept putting in the code on the digital lock without then pressing the lock button, so I came to the unit to demonstrate putting in the 4 digit code then pressing the lock button. There was never anything wrong with the lock. Not sure why that effort afforded a 3 star review, but I am a very caring and responsive host. please check other reviews.
