Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience overall. The gnats were a bit of a problem as well as the cleanliness of the pool, but it cleared up near the end of the week.

This rental was a very spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped unit. The location was perfect, close to beach access, bike trail, Driftwood Beach, and all that we enjoy on Jekyll Island. We made use of the garage for our bikes. We loved the bedroom balcony and the closed in patio. Our group was very pleased!

Great getaway with adult children before start of college

It was a wonderful property, great location, excellent amenities and the host was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Great location & Cottage

Loved our stay at this lovely cottage. Three en suite bedrooms were perfect for our family gathering. Easy access to pool and beach and great service from the management company!

Family long weekend stay

The check in process was seamless and we loved the location of this cottage, pool is a quick walk and both driftwood beach and dune park beach are a super short drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 6. House was clean and well-stocked. Lots to do nearby.

Great location and property

We loved the property and there was plenty of room for our adult children to each have a bedroom and bathroom. Having the bicycles at the property was a great touch and enhanced our stay.

Fruit Flies and not true beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice house however it had fruit flies all over for the entire stay. Not fun having them land on your kids and you while trying to eat and sleep.etc. I will say the team came out when called however never solved the issue. The beach access is a 2 min walk however its not the true beach as the tide hits the rocks etc moreover you really cant use the area to.enjiy you have to go to the public beach. Not to mention dirtier water and bugs.

Amazing

We had such a great time. This home was beautiful and the location and amenities were great. We loved having access to the pool and the gym. The beaches had so much to offer. This was one of our favorite family trips we have taken.

Best place on the island

We stay here every year. It’s very spacious, clean, and the response time of the host is unmatched. The amenities are easy to access and never overpopulated. The condos have 4 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The porches are a great morning and evening hangout space.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. My only feedback is that we were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a house that fits 6, this seemed a little sparse. Other than that, I would recommend!

Great Place!

Really enjoyed the Cottages. Really nice community with great amenities. The cottage was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to make a great meal at home. A few overall suggestions… it would be nice to have at least one extra set of towels and pillowcases. The pillows were a little flat/uncomfortable but it didn’t hinder a good nights rest. We will definitely return and had a wonderful peaceful spring break!

The place was amazing! The 4th bedroom was a game changer for us. The pool expectation was a bit bloated by the pictures posted. When we went to the pool we were slightly disappointed because the pictures gave the impression that it was huge and gave space between seats. It was the opposite, but we adapted and visited more beach areas. The rules were wonderful (being courteous of neighbors was a huge attraction), but we were not sure if the surrounding cottages had the same set of rules. The trash compactor was blocked by people sitting in their cars on their phone and a maintenance guy. We were woken up around 11:30pm the first night by a group a few cottages down drunkenly speaking louder and louder. We were also hit with the smell of weed at the pool on multiple occasions (rules stated no smoking at the pool at all). People at the pool loudly cursed daily and one group began discussing “pornographic dirty cocktails” and menopause among other things in front of our eleven and twelve year old boys. To each his own, BUT be weary if you have children and are wanting to help them maintain their innocence. Incredibly this was around 9 to 11am. We had more discussions with our children about why people have become so self centered and hard hearted regarding their own actions in front of children while staying here. With children just please be weary with staying at the cottages because there doesn’t seem to be any consequences or enforcement of good behavior at the cottages.

Relaxing vacation

Beautiful townhome in a convenient community with a beautiful pool and recreation room. The house was clean, well-stocked, and in wonderful condition. Located between town and the Driftwood beach, it was great for biking and exploring the area. Communication with rental agent was easy, we had an issue with the door code that was promptly fixed. The description said 5 bikes… which was perfect bc we have 5 kids, but there are only 4. Had we known, we would have brought one from home. Otherwise great experience!
