Everything was great. Many restaurants within walking distance. Pool and beach were great. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

This is a great property for a small family or 3-4 adults. It’s well maintained. Its proximity to the pool and beach are wonderful! The deck with the view of the pool and ocean was great! Also, the proximity to restaurants and shops was very helpful!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. As a family of 4, we were very comfortable. Easy walk to the pool and the beach! We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We enjoyed the direct beach access as well as the pool. Local favorite eateries were close by as well. We have already told family members about our fabulous time in St. Augustine beach.

Great location. It is close to everything and downtown St Augustine. View if beach was nice. Owner was responsive when we needed a repair.

The location was amazing. My husband could fish at the pier while my son and I were at the beach and our kid could just bounce between us the whole time. It took minutes to walk to the pier, beach, splash pad, and pool. And my 9 year old thought it was the coolest thing to have pizza and ice cream next door.

We loved our stay, what a great deal for the unit. The unit is definitely more outdated but I believe it reflects in the pricing. Communication was quick and on point for all the pre stay questions we had. The view from the balcony to the ocean was amazing. The unit also had very adequate supplies. This is our 2nd stay on this property and we absolutely love it. Definitely will try to be back!

Our host had great communication. Answered very promptly if we had a question. The property itself has a pool and great beach view (straight on). It was nice sitting on the deck catching a sunrise over the ocean. Since the deck faces east it is not shaded in the afternoon. The interior could use a little updating. But it didn’t bother us because everything was clean, the kitchen well stocked with kitchen items and the views, the view was great and the price fair. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay! We came with our toddler and had a great time. You really can't beat the location: right on the beach, has a pool, splash pad from the city right next door, and a lot of food options within walking distance. The pizza place and ice next door are great!

It was a great location. We walked to the pier and restaurants for dinner. The town home was so comfortable and clean.
