Quiet location near Whitworth with easy access to the North side of Spokane. Walk a trail to the YMCA. 2 car garage with a garage door opener. No steps, A/C, and gas fireplace. 35 minutes to Mt. Spokane, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane and 25 minutes the airport, and on aquiet cul-de-sac. 5 min to Wandermere golf course and 2 min away from Pine Acres par 3 golf. Patterson Rollercade is a 8 min walk away.

Great homeowner

We so very much appreciated Neil the homeowner. We were dislocated due to a fire. Neil went above and beyond to allow us to stay in his home for the length of time we needed. The house is as described in a very quiet neighborhood of North Spokane. The beds are comfortable. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Neil responded quickly to any questions we had. The garage door with remote control for opening and closing was great in the rain. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Spokane.

Home away from home

We had a great stay this last weekend while my daughter did a day camp in the area. The house was conveniently located in a nice area. We all enjoyed having the space and the quiet. The beds are firm but comfortable. The place was very clean. We even saw some fun bugs, a lizard and a tiny little skink off the back patio. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will stay again if we are ever in the area.

Super Nice Property at a good Price

We had a good time there. The property was comfortable, we slept well at night. Excellent value. Our daughter got married and so we had some people come over for the Sunday brunch and they were impressed with the property. Thank you very much.

Comfortable and convenient

We spent 5 days in Spokane with our young grandsons. This property worked great. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had what I needed. There were a few games in a closet, which we used. The beds were comfortable, which meant we all slept well. We had an issue at check-in, which I now believe was probably a computer glitch. Once the issue was resolved the rest of our stay went smoothly. We were allowed to have extra time for checkout to compensate for the check-in issues, which was helpful for our schedule. The host was accessible when I had questions before our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice and Cozy

We really enjoyed our visit to Spokane and felt right "at home" in this nice large spacy duplex (*_*) and so would you! Also very easy to drive anywhere from this location!!

Perfect for Whitworth

This location fits perfectly if you are attending or seeing your child at Whitworth. Very convenient and clean, quiet, and backs up to some open space that you can get out for a little hike.

Home away from home

We needed a place for our daughter(attending college) to recover from knee surgery. This place was a perfect home for hanging out! The beds were super comfortable! The house is very cozy! We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Spokane!

Great home away from home

This property is well equipped with lots of comfortable space. The unit has three large bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a nice working kitchen. One really nice touch is that the host has plenty of paper products, extra linins and kitchen supplies on hand as well as full use of the washer & dryer.
