This clean, comfortable condo is well-appointed AND offers a seasonal pool on site and four bikes (3 adult, 1 child) to use. Enjoy a smart TV in den, second tv in master bedroom, both with cable. Kitchen is ready for you to use, and the patio offers shaded seating and grill. Also included among the many amenities is coin laundry, ping-pong, and corn hole, all on condo association property, and a packnplay for little ones on request. The beautiful condo swimming pool is typically open May-October.

A gem in St Simon’s

We really enjoyed our week there. The location was great, less than 5 minute drive to beach and close to Pier Village. There was a nice shaded pool in the afternoon.

Mother Daughter Beach Trip

Awesome place!

This was a gem for a family in St. Simons! We were able to bike to all the restaurants as well as the lighthouse using the bikes on site. It was an easy drive to the beach and other places as well. Very clean and cozy- I definitely didn’t want to leave 😊

A great vacation!

This was our first stay at Saint Simons Island. We loved it. The condo was close to the beach and many good restaurants. As previous reviews mention there are several windows that really let in the light...it did not hamper our stay though. We plan to return next summer.

Family of 5 spring break trip

We stayed at this property for our spring break and had a great time! This location is close to everything. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor with glass French doors that open to the back patio yard area where we used the charcoal grill and had several meals outside. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with louvred doors. The closet in the kitchen had some extra beach supplies. We had a wonderful time!

Girls Weekend

We had such a good time! The bunk beds were so much fun for us because we all got to stay together and we kaughed all night. The only thing we found a little weird were the slatted doors for the bathrooms, but all in all a great place to stay!

Our area is convenient to both the pier village and the beach. So many fantastic, nearby restaurants keep us filled after a day of relaxation and fun.
