Beautiful building. Nice touches. Mostly clean. Some unique perks:1. Scavenger hunts? If you like scavenger hunts, this is the place. Finding the controllers for the rooftop TV is a fun and hard game. Sadly, we were not good scavenger hunters. The rooftop lounge was lovely otherwise. 2. IT Support. Have you ever wanted to pretend to be an IT support tech? Me neither. But if you do, this is the place for you. WiFi is an option if you can pull it off. Good luck. 3. Toast. Do you hate toast? Good, the toaster doesn’t toast. But if you do like toast, you get an experience: toasting bread in an old frying pan. Old school.4. Kitchen Towels. Do you not like to clean the kitchen on vacation? If so, you’re in luck! There are no cleaning because there are no kitchen wash clothes or towels. 5. Purple!!! There is no futon. And only three beds. But there is an odd shaped purple coach. Good luck getting 8 people in here. 6. No chairs. This place has zero chairs. It has stools and the aforementioned purple coach. 7. Boogers. Boogers. Boogers. Someone flicked boogers on the walls. So many boogers.

Updated and lots of room

Very clean and well maintained.We enjoyed the large space and roof top deck with tv.Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishes etc.Primary has a large tv.Easy drive to local attractions. Host was very responsive.

Very clean, convenient, safe location

Excellent 3br apartment for a DC visit. Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy taxi or Uber ride to all sightseeing destinations. Very good and prompt communications with property manager. Will book again whenever returning to DC.

Trinidad penthouse

A great place to stay in DC. Quiet neighborhood and close to bus stops. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. We got immediate assistance when we needed additional household items from the manager. We would rent this place again.

DC Friends Trip

The condo was very clean. Lots of nice remodels and extras. The area is up-and-coming and the other tenants in the building we met were very nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo as DC and surrounding area has much to do. Uber was our mode of transportation and we found it very convenient and close to everything.

Nice place to stay in DC

The property was a typical row house for DC. The 2nd floor balcony and third floor patio really made the property enjoyable. It is across the street from a very nice children's park. Inside the house, we did not hear too much of the DC noise.

Thought there might be k-cups so upon arriving later in the evening, we didn’t have to worry about the coffee situation. Seems like it was listed in the online profile as being provided. Needed a few light bulbs in the bedside tables. And could use larger, thicker towels for larger body types. House was clean overall and updated. Bathroom and bedrooms were spacious.

Family DC trip

Property close to all popular attractions, but not walking distance! We used uber to go most places as parking is very hard to find! Property itself was very nice! Only minor issues. Host was very accommodating when there was an issue. Never could get the tv to work in living room, but we were not there to watch tv anyway!

Our girls loved the house!!!

This is a beautifully decorated upgraded house in a revitalized/revitalizing neighborhood across the street from a great playground. The interior is both beautiful and functional with all the amenities needed for a self-sufficient holiday, including salt and pepper and coffee pods. Our teenagers loved the rooftop and spent time up there reading and enjoying the city view. The house is within a 20-minute drive (allowing for traffic) to the Mall, making it an ideal location for the vacationer who wishes to spend time learning the country's history.

Nice Place!

This is a very nice unit! It was up to date and very clean. It didn't cost much to get from a Lyft from this address to the museums and the National Mall. Although it states there is room for 10, we were only able to make it work for 6. The property manager was easy to communicate with when I texted him. I really appreciated this.

Beautiful place, great for couples

May was very helpful, very responsive. She gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and the place was great for couples. There were a couple of pans that weren’t clean, but May let the cleaning people know. The amenities showed a jacuzzi, but that was incorrect. May said she was planning to get that corrected. The kitchen and living area were beautiful. The bathrooms were very nice. The master was very nice.

A little farther out than we originally thought. Rooftop was nice. We had trouble getting the TV to work, but that is the biggest issue. Two blocks away the neighborhood is rough but we had no issues

Beautiful Unit

The unit is beautiful—spotlessly clean and exactly as represented in the photos. It’s situated in a neighborhood that seems to be undergoing transition, with a mix of recently renovated homes alongside others that show signs of wear.During our stay, we did hear what sounded like gunshots on the second night. While we understand that city environments can come with a range of sounds, this did cause some concern for the family I had invited, and they found it difficult to rest comfortably that evening.

Awesome spacious home

Six of us stayed for 3 nights ages 37-68 yrs old. The younger ones loved the rooftop patio-would have been nice to have a heater for chilly evenings. The 3 bedrooms with 3 baths was awesome! The updated kitchen was wonderful to cook breakfasts. We were there for family visit & touring the DC area sites. This is a transitional neighborhood with a lot of construction remodeling older homes. Not close to the Metro public transportation. We were happy to have a rental car with on street free parking. Aldi Grocery close by was a plus.

Large space with upgrades

The house was perfect space for our family with a great big playground next door. Clean and up to date; comfy beds. We had a bit of trouble with the gas stove not staying on but managed otherwise. It was also a hike for our kiddos to get to the streetcar and unfortunately the red line metro was under construction during our visit. This meant lots of Ubering. Neighboorhood was mostly quiet during our time there. It’s definitely an up and coming area. Host was super responsive to all our questions.

Cute style condo with lots of stairs

This place has super cute decor, and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable which is extremely important to us. The bathrooms and kitchen were really nice. The couch is super hard & uncomfortable, but cute. The upstairs deck is not that great. We did have problems with the hot water going out. And the stove would not work. But the owner was VERY responsive and sent people out to fix quickly. Hopefully all is resolved before the next guests come.
