Hi Toni, we cannot apologize enough for the issues you encountered during your stay. We assure you this is not a reflection of Red Rock's standards and we thank you for any understanding as our team navigated trying to remedy a frustrating situation for you. Any home with a private pool or hot tub is on a regular servicing schedule to ensure the quality is up to par for each guest, but we do apologize that you felt that this disrupted your stay. We did our best to try to accommodate a different schedule for you, but since the vendor has many other homes on their schedule which makes it hard to rearrange services on short notice. We appreciate the feedback though, always. We know not every stay goes as flawlessly as we'd hope and we are always grateful for the opportunity to improve, but again, we apologize and hope we'll get the chance to host you in the future and do it right from the very beginning. All of these items have been addressed individually to prevent this from happening again. Please let us know when you're ready to come back and we'll make sure we get you taken care of.
