Wonderful two level home with living areas and bedrooms/batgrooms on both levels which provided privacy between guests. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great home and location

Home and location were excellent. Within walking distance of downtown. The pet friendly home was large and can accommodate a number of guests. Would stay here again!

A spotless property with the added little touches which make a stay. The owners were vey accommodating in our request and were checking on our needs during the stay

Great property great location

A beautiful home walking distance to restaurants, beaches and park. It was perfect for our family. The beds and furnature was comfortable and it is a property we would considerrenting again.

Perfect Coeur D'Alene getaway

This was the perfect place for our family reunion with a group of teens u to 85 year-olds. Great location, an easy walk both to the lake and to downtown. The home had everything we needed including ample kitchen equipment, lots of seating and a great fenced backyard for the dog. Would definitely come again.

Spacious and conveniently located

We had a wonderful family reunion over the holiday here! There was plenty of space for everyone and communication with the owner was excellent and a breeze. Really convenient to walk to downtown and the lake. Would stay again! It was more than perfect for our party of 5 adults and 2 pups.

LOVE this place!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in CDA, run (not walk) to book this place. It’s beautiful, comfortable and the owners are outstanding to work with. Walking distance to town, lake, park, in a friendly neighborhood, and VERY clean. We LOVED IT! We will stay here again!!

Great place to stay close to downtown. Walking or biking distance to everything. We didn’t use the car at all.

Amazing property

I love this property. It has eveeything needed for a great family vacation. Plenty of room and a nice area to BBQ and be outside. The beach was right there to enjoy the lake. Very clean and the owners were great to us. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable space for 8

This was the ultimate VRBO stay. The house was perfect, especially for 8 adults that needed to be ready at the same time for a family wedding.Having two living room areas was a huge bonus. Everything was comfortable and beautiful.We throughly enjoyed our stay!Thank you, Liz!

Great Property and Host!

Stayed in house with adult (20s) children and parents. House was perfect, host was wonderful. Updated, clean, lots of nice little touches, and host was accommodating. Able to walk to town area and lake, grocery just a few blocks away. Everything was great and would stay again!

Family summer vacation

The property was very clean and well laid out for 8 adults. The kitchen included all the amenities we needed to make and enjoy meals on the patio. The property is very conveniently located, the lake, downtown and eateries are all walkable. It is a quick drive from many destinations like the Hiawatha bike trail and Silver Mt. Overall a fabulous property!

This property was very clean. The location was amazing; we have stayed in about 15 rentals in CDA. This location was our favorite. We enjoyed many short walks to downtown with numerous great restaurants (Fire Artisian Pizza), coffee shops (Better Life Coffee), the city park, and hiking on Tubbs Hill on the lake.The landscaping out our front porch was really pretty. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning. It was quiet.Neighbors were out walking throughout the day.We saw deer, squirrels, and turkey from the front porch on numerous ocassions. An Osprey flew down our street with a fish in it's claws.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.Thank you, to our hosts.Craig and Laura

Liz was greeat

The house was the perfect size and location for six adults and two 9 year old kids. Liz was very responsive, accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure we (and our dogs) were taken care of. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome family home base to explore and experience all Couer D’Alene has to offer.

PERFECT

Our stay in Coeur D'Alene at this lovely VRBO was perfect. The cleanliness, space, layout, amenities were top notch We stay in many VRBO's and this ranks as one, if not THE one, of the best. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. We were conveniently located to the park and lake, both of which were ideal for my daughter to race in Iron Man CDA. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed so much longer

Ironman CDA

This was a great house in an awesome location. We had 7 adults and there was lots of room. The patio was a great place to hide from the heat in the afternoon with some nice shade. The owners were easy to get a hold of. We had a hard time starting the BBQ and they responded very quickly. Great place and we would definitely stay again!

Coeur D’Alene Getaway

We rented this house for the Coeur d’Alene Half Ironman weekend, 7 adults and 1 baby. House was in a fantastic location for access to all the activity that weekend, we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Bedroom and bathrooms worked great for our group. Overall, a terrific rental. Missing just a few items in the kitchen...a strainer for pasta and a few more pots would be nice. We will definitely rent this lovely home again!

Comfort plus

This is a wonderful home. Very comfortable and accommodating. Four bedrooms and, four bathrooms were great for all the adults and kids with plenty of room to stretch out. Very private backyard to barbecue in and quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to downtown, a lake front beach, and the great park playground for the grand kids. The Host Liz was a joy to work with and making sure you were having a good time. By the end of our stay, it felt like I was messaging an old friend. We will stay there again, and suggest you do the same. :-)

Amazing Family Vacation House!

This was our first visit to Couer D’Alene and it was amazing! We were so fortunate to find Liz’s house. She was so helpful and informative. She put a great deal of effort into finding hikes for us and we appreciated that very much. My questions were answered very quickly. The house is beautiful and modern with so many thoughtful touches. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room. The location was also wonderful in a quiet charming neighborhood-within walking distance to town and lake. We would love to come back and stay at Liz’s home again! It was a perfect family vacation!
