We had an absolutely wonderful stay during our 10-day Disney and Universal vacation! The property was everything we could have hoped for and made the perfect home base for our family while visiting the parks. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days at Disney and Universal. The location was incredibly convenient, we even were able to travel back to the condo mid-day between park hopping. Having a comfortable place to come back to each night made a huge difference on such a busy vacation. The kids loved hopping in the pool after a long day at the park. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Our entire family had an amazing time, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a Disney or Universal vacation. Five stars all around!

We had some bad luck during our stay, but there is a lot to like about this property. The location is excellent for Disney, about 12 minutes from Hollywood Studios and Epcot, with Target and other stores nearby. The resort has two water park and clubhouse areas. Hideaway is larger and busier but only 3 minutes away; Bronson Club is about 10 minutes away and smaller but still enjoyable. The home worked well for our family of six, with plenty of space, a nice kitchen, and comfortable living areas. The upstairs bedrooms worked fine for us. There is also a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom just outside. The host was wonderful, responsive, and accommodating. We noticed two minor plumbing issues: the shower drained slowly, and the garbage disposal did not work well. We chose not to report them because they were manageable.Unfortunately, on our second night, the AC thermostat seemed to stop working, leaving the house very hot. After a long day at Disney, we also encountered numerous cockroaches. We had seen one or two earlier, but finding them crawling in our open suitcases was unsettling for our family. We contacted the host immediately, and she responded even around 2 a.m. She was understanding and helped us find a solution, which we appreciated.Overall, the location, amenities, home, and host were positives. However, the AC and pest issues made part of our stay difficult, and we did not complete our full stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the many positives of our home, its location, and the resort amenities. We are glad the home provided comfortable accommodations for your family and that you enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Disney and the surrounding attractions. We were very sorry to hear about the unexpected issues during your stay. When notified of the concerns late that evening, we responded immediately and worked to arrange solutions first thing the following morning. The air conditioning was repaired that afternoon, and we also followed up with our pest control company to investigate the concerns. We take the comfort and well-being of our guests very seriously and regret that these unexpected issues affected your experience. We appreciate your acknowledging our responsiveness and efforts to help, and we wish your family all the best in your future travels.

This place was fantastic! We had a 3 year old and a 6 year old and they LOVED the pool. We really enjoyed the large pool area, but a good portion was at the house. Our host was very accomidating and responded quickly to any questions. Having a great place to stay made our trip so much more memorable. The house was clean, spacious and the location was good with proximity to the airport and Disney. We will be back again when we come to Orlando in the future.

We were really pleased with this property. Our boys loved their rooms and everything was as expected!!! Super close to Disney and we loved the pool and the community splash pad/pool/activity area. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Our host responded to the couple of questions we had (how do you turn on the pool lights? lol) very promptly and professionally. Would definitely book again!
