Any and all problems we had (which were minor) was handled promptly by host!! Issues were based on contracted persons not doing their job…..but amazing place and we had a great time!!

This place was great- rooms were as advertised. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The only issues were the dining space was too small for everyone in our group so we had to eat wherever we could find a place (on the deck, living room) and the washer/dryer was slow and took several cycles to get the clothes dry. Other than that, beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, huge refrigerator, bathrooms were clean and numerous.

Great and easy communication with the host. Response was quick. All description of property seemed accurate with great amenities. HOWEVER the whole cabin including hot tub are not very clean. So much dust and can see dust everywhere. My feet turned black from walking inside without shoes (which I normally don’t wear shoes in homes) I was getting allergy reaction due to dustVery spacious cabin and clean sheets but overall not very clean and I was annoyed to see bunch of cleaning rules in the fridge if I’m being charged 300 cleaning fee. If you expect me to wash all the towels give us more time to check out. 10 am is too early for that when we’re all rushing, packing to get out AND DO LAUNDRY??? I don’t understandOverall it was a fun stay with family but wish it was cleaner and a heads up about washing our own towels. Washing dishes & throwing our own trash are normal but I was shocked to see a note WASH ALL TOWELS in caps when we felt rushed to get out

Cabin was just as photos looked online. Host was very responsive to messages. Only 10 to 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and lots of stuff to do. We had an awesome time. The hut tub was very clean and perfect for cool fall evenings.

We had a great family stay at this secluded, spacious cabin and found it perfect for our large family gathering. Our family came from three different states, and it was wonderful to have everyone together. The kitchen was well stocked, the porch and rocker were perfect for relaxing each morning, and the fire pit with provided firewood was a great bonus. We even had two memorable bear visits! The host was very responsive and helpful, especially when the AC stopped working. It was fixed quickly, which we greatly appreciated with temperatures in the mid-90s.Our main concern was cleanliness and upkeep. We arrived a day early and swept and vacuumed before our three grandbabies arrived, and we found areas that appeared to have been overlooked. There was old, moldy food and debris under the couch, as well as clothing from previous guests under beds and couches. The downstairs shower drains poorly, the washer and dryer are small and the dryer doesn't dry well, and the dryer requires a screwdriver to operate. The basement mattress needs replacing, and we were concerned about the lack of windows or an apparent emergency exit in that bedroom. The basement carpet and stairs are also heavily stained and torn.Overall, we enjoyed the cabin, location, space, and responsive host. With a thorough deep cleaning and some maintenance and updates, this could be an excellent place for large families.

Peaceful secluded cabin

Nice secluded location. Cabin was nice size and stocked with everything you would need to cook with. Lots of activities and features to enjoy!

Quiet and peaceful outside

We thought the cabin was very nice and in a very nice area. There was a couple of maintenace issues with the doors that could be addressed, but overall a great stay.

Secluded Cabin with plenty of beds

We loved the cabin. It was great for our toddler with the gates on the porch and door that closes to downstairs. We enjoyed the secluded area and fire pit outside. There was plenty of beds for the kids to spread out.

Family Stay in Smokies

Spacious, gorgeous setting, and super fun for the kiddos. We enjoyed our stay and spent lots of time exploring the area, sitting on the porch and around the fire, and watching the kids play in the game room. Highly recommend for those with kids ages 5+.

This house was the perfect place for my mom’s birthday weekend. We especially loved the outdoor space with the fire pit. Host was very responsive with any and all questions I asked. The kitchen was well stocked though it would have been nice to have a few more serving utensils for all the home cooking we did. Bedrooms were cozy and pillows were nice. All of the adults would have liked a firmer mattress but the kids didn’t care.

It was great for our stay. It is 3 story and it was hard to regulate the temperature. Nice area for the kids to stay. It is at a dead end and that was nice.

It was an awesome vacation. Great house for a large family. Driveway was a little difficult in a 12 passenger van. Had a nice friendly visit from a bear. Would love to come back in a few years.
