The Space:

Welcome to Southwinds Inn Studio! Our studio is fully equipped with a kitchen, including queen size memory foam mattresses. It also includes one parking space, free WiFi, and cable TV. Located just steps from the world-famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, you can enjoy the magical turquoise ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. Additionally, we are a pet-friendly property upon request and additional fee.



Guest Access:

The rental comes with amenities such as a barbecue, terrace, and laundry facilities.

Guests can choose to have daily cleaning services for an additional fee. Linens, beach, and bath towels are provided, but there is no daily maid service.



Charges will apply for any stolen or damaged linens or towels at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, but their replenishment is not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and broken items can be replaced upon request.

Located in Hollywood, Southwinds Inn #3 - Queen Studio is conveniently close to the beach. If you're into shopping, you might want to visit Aventura Mall and Las Olas Boulevard. For nature lovers, Hollywood Beach and Hollywood North Beach Park are great places to explore. Great location. Bad communication with owner.

Great location. Went to go in our room and there was luggage still in it. Luckily the cleaning service was there to contact owner. Owner had cleaning company move luggage. Our bed was made but I believe it was not changed out due to cleaning company thinking the people with luggage were still in room. Other occupants had dogs that were constantly barking. Could not enjoy a peaceful getaway. We will definitely look and ask next time we rent a VRBO if animals are allowed. Just wanted a getaway with quiet. Garbage can for property next door was very smelly and overflowing.

Thank you for your message Liviu. We will take your message into consideration for our next guests. However for your information, check-ins are at 4pm and you arrived before. The room was not ready because of that. Previous guests asked to leave their luggage until their other room was ready. We kindly accepted it as we are always helping our guests. At that time, we spoke on the phone and you were not in the same mood as you are in writing this message. Just for your information, we ALWAYS give early check in when it is possible to do so. You could have ask her and we would have had the pleasure to give it to you. Concerning the dog, we are pets friendly as you can see in all our advertising and listings. However we have a strict pet policy. You should have told us for the dog barking and we would have taken care of that. Concerning the garbage, we are sorry about that even if we do not know what you are talking about as the garbage of the property next door are far from the apartment where you were staying. Like really far... Thank you again for your stay,
