My kids loved the waterpark and all the seashells on the beach. We normally stay on Sandy Beach, but Im glad we gave Playa Azul a chance, so we'll definitely be back.

Property was very clean and well maintained and had everything you would need. Host was very responsive as well. The only issue we had, which doesn’t fall on the property owner, is there was a horrible odor that would seep up from the laundry room sink. We did our best to remedy it and so long you kept the laundry room door closed it didn’t bother us. Aside from that no issues at all with the property and would happily stay there again.

Amazing place, ocean view, great host

Everything was perfect; ocean view, spotless clean and the amenities were great. We had the best time, can't wait to visit again. Host's response was first class.

Great Place

The stay was amazing. The unit was clean and had plenty of space. The pools were great for the kids and the resort is located right on the beach. Only thing is the kids bedroom got a little hot at night.

The condo itself was nice, clean and comfortable. But the hotel property is not “luxurious” as described in the listing. The beach was great. But the hotel pool was tiny, not nice at all. We went to the swim up bar and sat there for over 15min before anyone even asked if we wanted to order something, even after saying yes, they still didn’t help us so we left. Again, the condo itself was great, but we didn’t want to spend all of our time in the condo. We wanted to be able to hang out at the Hotel pool. It just wasn’t the kind of place you’d want to hang out at. Bummer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the condo itself clean, comfortable, and enjoyable, and that you loved the beach. We’re sorry that your experience with the hotel’s pool and poolside service fell short of your expectations. We do want to clarify that this is a family-friendly resort and offers one of the largest kids’ pool areas and most water slides in the area. The resort also features a large jacuzzi and two pools located around the pool bar. We understand that every guest has different expectations when it comes to resort amenities, and we’re sorry that the pool area did not meet yours. While the condo is privately owned and maintained separately from the hotel, the restaurant and bar are independently operated, so unfortunately we do not have control over their staffing or service.

Wonderful Condo on the beach!

The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. We have 7 in our family and didn't feel too crowded.We had a few questions over the course of our stay and between Cosmin and property staff they were both very responsive and helpful.The property is pretty secluded so the only people on the beach will be those staying at this property. Nice big hot tub, very large pool with slides for kids.We'll be back sometime!

Host was very responsive. Resort was just as described. Staff was very nice and place was clean. There were gas grills for rent for 10 and they were very clean and easy to use. We arrived on Sunday and during the week we were one of only a few people in the whole place. Was our own private playground. They said it gets very busy on the weekends. There was security at the gates and a Walmart and Sam's club within 20 minutes drive.
