We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'll make sure our scheduling is better coordinated moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us!

TY for staying at my mid term rental property

Thanks for this awesome 5 star review!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay, found the home clean, and appreciated our responsiveness and the plunge pool. Regarding the thermostat, we understand that sleeping in a cooler environment is important to some guests, particularly during the summer months in Las Vegas. During periods of extreme triple-digit heat, the thermostat is intentionally restricted to a minimum setting of 70°F. Setting the temperature lower under these extreme conditions can cause the HVAC evaporator coils to freeze, potentially resulting in the entire air conditioning system shutting down. The system also requires periodic cycling to allow the coils to regulate properly and prevent freezing. This precaution helps ensure the air conditioning continues operating reliably throughout the intense desert heat. We appreciate your feedback regarding the property's appearance, lighting, outlets, and bedside charging convenience. These are helpful observations, and we'll review the maintenance items accordingly. We appreciate your kind words about our hospitality and are happy that, overall, you had an enjoyable visit. Thank you again for choosing our home!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding your comment about the neighborhood, I received no reports of any safety concerns during your visit, and after reviewing exterior camera footage, I didn’t observe any incidents or activity suggesting a safety issue. I also reached out for clarification about what specifically felt unsafe, but didn’t receive a response. The area is considered quiet and residential, and previous guests have consistently rated it positively for location and comfort. I do appreciate you noting the bathroom fan and shower door concerns—those have since been inspected and addressed
