The Condo was just as advertised. It had everything that you would need for your stay. Location was perfect with being close to the beach, shopping and points of interest. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Loved seeing the horses in the beach neighborhoods. I can cross that off of my bucket list.

Very comfortable condo with everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing beach stay. Close to the beach and the development has an excellent pool with cabana rentals. We’ve stayed 3 times now and thoroughly enjoyed every stay. Marcy is a great host!

This is the 2nd time staying in this cottage, and the 4th time I have stayed at a rental from Marcy, who is the best host I have ever had over the many years I have been staying in not just Corolla, but in the Outer Banks. The home is the perfect combination in location, amenities, comfort and cleanliness. Just perfect! Everything you need is there. And Marcy is an extremely thoughtful and kind host. Whenever I stay in Corolla, I don't even look at other rentals. I know exactly where I'll be staying. Thanks, Marcy!

The property was very clean and stocked very well. Definitely had most everything we needed (just had to get a few TP rolls). Communication was excellent and check in & out was super easy. It’s super close (walking distance) to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Only thing to consider is it backs up to a busy gravel road and the area where the 4x4s let out the air in their tires. It did not really bother us because my dog is losing his hearing, but probably would have bothered him in his younger years. Just something to be aware of if you have a super reactive dog and you are there in the busier times. We loved the property and location and wound definitely stay here again!

This condo is in a great location. Very well taken care and clean with all the amenities. Onsite bar with great food, drink and bartenders. Five minute walk to the beach. We can’t wait to book again.

Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, kitchen and bathroom essentials. Comfy beds and furniture. Bikes, beach chairs and more available for guests. Great communication with Marcy.

This was our 2nd stay at Marcy's condo. It is in a perfect location; the condo is fully loaded with anything you could possibly need for a stay. We stayed in Oct and now April. Weather was just fine. Everything in the condo always works properly. It is neat and clean and the sure way to tell if you've enjoyed your stay is the desire to return again, and again. Thank you Marcy.
