Great location! Enjoyed the ease of the golf cart. We also enjoyed the pool since the early April golf temps are pretty low. Perfect weather! Very clean house it could use some plastic cups and plates. And please add a hook to the master bathroom for your towel outside the shower otherwise it was fantastic.

The rental was perfect for our family. The location is quiet yet very close to the beach scene. We loved that the rooms had king beds for all the couples. The large 6 seat golf cart was a great bonus for traveling the beach roadway. Great communication with the host and were very prompt to fix one small issue with the washer. Will definitely stay here again.

Good beach vacation house

This property is conveniently located near the beach. It’s not directly on scenic gulf drive, so you can be tucked away from all of the beach goers. The house is beautiful. We would consider this house again for future visits.

Family trip to Destin

The property was very clean everything that we needed was included in the property. It was nice to have the golf cart. I felt like everything was very seamless. The only thing I wish is instead of just dropping a pen that they would attach an address so we knew exactly where we were going. Besides that I would recommend this as there was a lot of room and the closest to the beach was very good.

Perfect long weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was accommodating for our family of 5 (3 under 5) and nanny. The home came with a crib which we found convenient. We had plenty of room and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay again!

Great all around.

We’ve been to the Destin/Mirimar area for years and this has been my favorite stay. The house roomy, all the rooms felt like masters and was VERY clean. The pools were a good size and the neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The golf cart was the nicest one we had as well. We plan on staying here again!

Great location

The house is beautiful and I personally loved the way it was decorated. Both king beds were very firm so a bit uncomfortable for us but not a deal-breaker. Kids enjoyed the bikes and community pools. Great house for families. I do suggest renting the golf cart as it’s a good walk to the beach.

Golf carts can definitely make getting to the beach much more pleasant--we think that's a great suggestion, and we appreciate you mentioning it as not every property comes with a golf cart (that's up to the property owner). We're delighted you enjoyed that as well as the house! We love hearing that the kids had a blast on the bikes and in the pool. It sounds like a fun vacation adventure! Visit us again soon for another one!

Relaxing and perfect

The home was just as listed, the golf cart was a great amenity. The neighborhood was lovely. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us (3 were children). There are 2 pools on property that were clean and well maintained. Easy walk to beach or golf cart ride! Loved it will definitely stay again!

Great fall get-away

We had an amazing time at this house. There were 4 women in our party - girls trip!! We all had our own rooms and we’re very comfortable. We used the golf cart every day to go to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was only a 4 minute walk to the beach but we took chairs and coolers so the cart was easier. I highly recommend this house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was at this beautiful home from 7/28 thru 8/2 my experience with house is great except we had a problem with the dryer on the first floor which we called to be fixed but never done during our time there. Also I would like to give my opinion for the owner if the house can have more deep cleaning like under the beds and lights fixtures. I will give 7/10 just bc it needs cleaning for the 2 things I said in text.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for staying with us from 7/28–8/2. We're so glad you enjoyed the home overall, but we’re truly sorry to hear about the unresolved dryer issue and the areas needing deeper cleaning. Your suggestions are very helpful, and we’ll be sure to share them with the appropriate teams and the owner to improve the experience moving forward. We appreciate your 7/10 rating and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back with an even better stay next time!
