Huong, we apologize if you had any inconvenience during your stay. We quickly sent out our team to repair the minor leak and feel they handled it to the best of their ability given the circumstances. We were not made aware of anything else or we could have taken care of things for you. We love the fact you though the house was so beautiful!! Thanks for staying and we would love the opportunity to host you in the future. We hope you had a fantastic beach vacation.

Thank you for staying with us, Nina! We're so glad that you overall had a great time and got to enjoy pool time as well as the nice neighborhood! We apologize for the delay in getting a reply to you on the gate code. We're glad we were able to get that to you eventually and that your trip was otherwise enjoyable! Feel free to contact us when you're ready for another beach getaway! We'd love to have you back!

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positives of your stay! We’re glad you enjoyed the house, location, and the pool. We’ll address the squeaky chairs, the light on the top bunk, and the faucet issue to improve future stays. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention and look forward to hosting you again.

We are so glad you'd stay with us again, Cassandra! We'd love to have you! We apologize, but we never received the messages from VRBO. It helps to call directly if you don't get a response. We are sorry about that because we'd have followed up with you right away. We're glad the property was more spacious than you envisioned and that it was beautiful for you and near everything you wanted to experience. We understand about the starter essentials--depending on the length of the visit, it can help to equip with some things from home to avoid a run to the store. Relative to spices, coffee, etc., for sanitation reasons, we don't keep these stocked in homes. We appreciate your understanding, and we are excited to see you when you return!

Kaylee, we are so happy that the house was perfect for your needs and that the neighborhood was wonderful. We do have it noted that you called about there only being 10 pool bracelets, and we are looking into that. We appreciate you letting us know about the washer and the bathroom cabinet doors. All of that will be checked. That said, we're glad that you all had a good time. Please let us know the next time you want to take a beach vacation at a house that's perfect for your needs! We hope to see you again soon!

Hello Bretlyn! We are so very glad that you had a great time at Barracuda Beach House. She is pretty amazing!!!! We love it when people let us know that they made happy memories. Hi Mike. Thank you for the positive review on the home. We are sorry that you did not have the best experience with the associations pool and we will be speaking to the workers there so this is not a problem in the future. Thank you again.
