We would just get a dehumidifier for second floor. Was a little stuffy when in the hallway. Rooms were fine though on second floor. Excellent location. We plan to stay here again.

There were a few minor issues one of which was from a previous renter that was already in the works of being taken care of. With that being said, the communication with management was fantastic and prompt. The location to the beach was nice and you never had a hard time finding chairs and umbrellas which are supplied. The house is right next to the heat pool, pickleball/tennins courts, and the basketball courts.

Great last minute getaway!

Beautiful and spacious property. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, lots of seating, nice short walk to the beach, pool and hot tub on our backyard. Would definitely come back:-)

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

My family of 9 had a wonderful stay. The pool is literally right outside the back door, a short 5 min walk to the private beach, restaurants shops nearby. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our thanksgiving vacation perfect. Will definitely be back.

Perfect house for our group

This house was perfect for our group! We had pool access and the walk to the beach was not far. It was close to lots of different activities such as crab island, deep sea fishing, shopping, and restaurants. We would visit again!

Great Week in Paradise

Our family spent the entire week here and it was wonderful! The house inside was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, making it easy to cook and prepare meals for lots of people. The outside of the house needs cleaned up and the beach wagon with toys was in very rough shape. The community pool was heated and PERFECT for our family with kids. I highly recommend this place!!

Family Time

Had my entire immediate family together for the week. Babies enjoyed the Beach and the pool. The home had plenty of room for us all. 11 total.

Good experience overall

The place and location is good the host was great. Only couple things are the blind in the rear room are broken and the top balcony is missing couple rail. So I didn't let my nephew go out

Christmas Vacation 2022

My family & I enjoyed our week long stay for Christmas. The property manager was friendly & prompt communication when we had a problem. There were a couple of issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Thanks again & have a wonderful New Year.

Beautiful house, great getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful house with some of our friends, 4 adults and 5 kids! It was the PERFECT place. The younger kids loved the bunk room, while our teen was able to have her own room as well as each set of parents. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The location was perfect if you’re traveling with kids. Not far to the beach and right next to the pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we could not have been more pleased with everything!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. Only down sides were blinds were broken in first floor bedroom. The house echoes very badly. You can hear everything no matter what floor you are on. Could use throw rugs to help with the sound.

Family vacation 2022

Everything was excellent except the 2nd floor master shower had black mold on ceiling. That should be cleaned. The blinds in downstairs master bedroom door going outside were broken. Otherwise, everything else was great. Enjoyed having bunk room for all my grandchildren. They enjoyed being together. Enjoyed being very close to one of the pools. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time together as a family in this home. The home was spacious and clean. The only issues we had included: some missing blinds in the master suite, the home needed more silverware and updated cooking utensils/pots/pans (very old and damaged), a few door knobs did not work properly, and the coffee table drawer was broken.

Nice house close to beach

Stayed for a week for a tournament. We were playing in in the area. House was nice but there definitely were some things that needed to be fixed and or updated. We noted that this things have been listed in prior reviews and still had not been updated by the time we got there. Contacted the property manager they said they would address it. Time will tell. Overall great location nice house plenty of room and had almost everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location! Maravilla was uniquely placed just feet away from beach access. Our rental was perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults/4 kids), with a birds nest on the 3rd level for our young ones to call their own. Resort style pool in our backyard, and so much to do around the area. Would love for the property managers to consider allowing golf cart rentals for the property, but to be honest, we wouldn’t have used it for the beach at all, it was too close and no where to park the rental. Would have used it tour the shopping areas and just puddle around the scenic route. Crab Island is a must and 10 minutes away! What a great way to spend a week! We’ll head back, for sure, we may just try a different time of year.

Nice Home- Could use some TLC

This home is in a good location with being so close to the community pool and a short walk to the beach. There is plenty of space to have a large amount of people in the home and not feel crowded. That being said, it could use some work! Almost all of the blinds in the home are broken and in need of repair, there are faucet handles and other fixed items in the home that are broken/falling off the wall. For the amount of people that can stay in the home there is not enough blankets and pillows. The patio furniture on the outdoor patios is rusted and in pretty rough shape. There is a wagon with beach toys but the wagon is rusted out and broken. We really enjoyed are stay in Destin, the private beach is amazing and with just a little TLC this could be a perfect home to stay at!
