Condo was stocked with everything we needed and close to everything we wanted to do including the beach which was right across the street

Great condo and great host. Very easy to communicate with over the course of our trip. I will say, if you plan on staying anywhere at Grand Caribbean West, the pool hours posted are 9am-10pm, but every day of our trip the pool guys came to clean the pool AFTER 9am and would close the pool while they were there. We got kicked out a few minutes after 9 and he didn’t let us back in until 10:15. The posted pool hours aren’t accurate! Only a big deal to some (including myself) as my son only had a certain window of time before his nap time. Needless to say, that was frustrating.Bed was actually very comfortable!Condo was clean other than some mold on the seal of the front load washer.

Pictures accurately showed amenities of this condo. Access to pool and beach were simple and easy. Check-in/out was easy. The condo floors were very dirty, the patio had trash laying around, and the toilet had black mold.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back. Our condo was perfect and we loved the pool access and easy beach access from our condos back doorstep. The kiddos being able to walk out the door straight to the pool was awesome.

Great condo

Loved being poolside. I also thought it was an extra bonus that the condo provided beach chairs, beach blanket and other things. We forgot our chairs and blanket at home. Very nice place. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect!

We’ve been going to Destin for 4 years, and this is honestly the best condo we’ve stayed in! The area is perfect (walkability). The property was great! This condo in particular was perfect! Clean, patio gate to the pool, updated! The check in process and management were attentive, helpful and great to work with! We would absolutely stay here again!

We didn’t want to leave!

Great places to stay didn’t want to leave! The only thing I wish I was told was that the beach allowed place for people to set up tents and umbrellas was only 40 feet of beach and was way to small for all the people down there. Anyways great place to stay will definitely be back!

Check in and out was great. We utilized and enjoyed the pool and the gate being right in front of our deck! However, there was dirt on the floor upon arrival and just overall dirty. The washer was moldy and smelled. Furniture could be updated. However, would probably stay again with my family of 5.

Worth every penny

Wonderful condo, wonderful location! Had another family with us staying in another condo in the same building, and they spent most of their time with us in ours. Right on the pool, minutes walk to the beach. Absolutely wonderful!

Great location

Great location. We didn't rent a car this time and was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and will stay at this property again. Property was very clean except the floor was grimy from day one. The washer needs the mold cleaned out of it.
