Slopes easily accessible, room had everything needed, location was perfect. Bed and sofa sleeper needed improvement, but overall great value.

This was a beautiful location! Walking distance to mainstreet! 2 blocks from the entrance to Oktoberfest! We enjoyednour stay!

Great location

Great location in Breck, nice that it comes with a parking spot. Very clean place, bed is nice.

Host was very communicative and provided good service. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything you need, main street and the gondola. The skiing was great. The condo was clean and had a full kitchen. I would have preferred a place that had windows in the main room, felt a bit like a basement apartment. However, it was very comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again! oh, I worked from here and the internet was reliable and strong enough for video conferencing.

Spring Skiing

Great location very close to the Gondola, shops and restaurants. No need for a car rental with a van ride from the Denver Airport.

It was a little tight with four people and ski stuff, but the location was awesome. Beds were comfy.

Great location!

Great location for skiing and restaurants. It's an older property but well maintained. Although the smell of weed from an adjoining property was strong for a couple of nights, even with a purifier. Owner was quick and responsive when contacted.

Great ski in/out at Breck

I had a great time staying here with a friend for a snowboarding trip. I took a United flight that had a bus connection to Breckenridge. The property was down the street making it very easy getting there without a car. It was great how close it was to the Gondola. I would def recommend stay again in the future.

Pros: A couple of blocks away from the gondola to Breckenridge ski resort. Close to stores as on Market street. Free parking. Helpful host and nice to have amenities in the kitchen and bathroom to use. Cons: Tricky to get door lock code to work. Small parking area. Hard to locate the garbage/recycling as down the alley. Pot smell from other condo.

We're glad you liked the location and found the amenities helpful. Although the parking area is small, there is space for each unit and our HOA does monitor for permits to ensure everyone has a space. I'm sorry you had difficulty with the lock and to hear about the pot smell. I hope the air purifier in the unit helped. I did notify the HOA and they reached out to the other unit owners. We have also replaced the lock batteries.

Oktoberfest visit

We visited in early September. No skiing but otherwise a nice time to visit. Great weather. Nice size for two people. Very quiet building even though it is right on the edge of all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Cozy, comfortable and close to everything

“Perfect location” is absolutely accurate. The place was literally across the street from Christy ski rental and 5 min walk to the gondola. Plus close to all the shops and restaurants. It’s small but had everything we needed. Everything worked, the owner sent clear instructions and was available for our questions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Excellent Location

Very nice Condo just a block away from the Gondola. Besides everything you'd expect in a condo, the pantry was filled with things like coffee, hot chocolate, condiments etc. Great when you're only there for 3-4 days and don't have to buy a whole can of coffee, bottle of ketchup or Mustard, etc. Would definitely stay there again.
