A lovely place. I felt at home immediately. Loved looking out at the beach everyday. Enjoyed that the walk to the beach being that it was right next door! The units were very quiet.

Great stay! Very well appointed unit in a great complex. Easy check in and check out. The unit had every amenity you could think of and the beach gear, including snorkels, was very helpful for our excursions. The area itself was also very convenient to get to all other parts of the island and there were plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Location on the beach, pool was great, clean and well appointed. Manager was friendly and helpful. Close to all you needed. Highway traffic noise was a bit annoying but did not take away the excellence.

Amazing view and close to a lot of fun things, including restaurants and beach clubs. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom that was a life saver. Be careful if u close the slider to patio, it will lock u out. Luckily my wife was inside lol. The pool was great and rarely had anyone using it. Bbq's were very nice for Happy hour and dinner.

Everything was great, only one issue. Headboard needs to be mounted to the wall or to the bed frame. Every time you roll over it makes a banging sound. Other than that, amazing views and amazing time. Pool is great, location was perfect. Great times.

Lovely place on the bay!

Great location for exploring the entire island! Great view of the bay! This was perfect place for my husband and I! Many thoughtful extras!

The property is older but overall well-kept. Unit 305 has a stunning view of the beach. We were surprised to find that the ocean breeze did not flow through the unit so the living area could be quite warm. Also, unfortunately, the washing machine broke our first time trying to use it, over the weekend. The team brought us plenty more towels and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. The upside for guests coming in is that the washer and dryer have been recently serviced so you shouldn't have any trouble!All in all, this is a great home base spot with walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and beaches that is ideally located for easy drives to the north or south shores.

Great rental in a convenient location

My partner and I had a blast during our stay checking out multiple spots all around the island and the rental was great base camp for our day trips. The beach provided a beautiful view for morning coffee from the balcony and walks during the evening. Looking forward to returning!

Wailua Bay

We stayed two weeks here. Location on the island was nice with good restaurants nearby. The condo is clean and had everything we needed. There is a lot of road noise, but we got used to it.

Great views from the lanai!

The property is located in the middle of the island with easy access to all points. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the lanai where we could see the waves and trees just below us.

Amazing views!!

We enjoyed our three day stay in this condo, which was very comfortable and clean. The views were incredible from the balcony.. it was great to have air conditioning in the bedroom during our stay.

Clean, well kept, and nicely appointed condo! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Centrally located to many beaches and parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Great View, Great Location

Property looks right over the ocean and the beach is right next to the complex. Also very easy to walk to the mall nearby. The noise was a small issue as the windows don't fully sealed but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
