We had a great stay at this nice 3-bedroom vacation rental. We have stayed in numerous places in the Moorings and this was by far the best location. It was conveniently located close to the beach and the pool, making it easy to enjoy both. We really appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was perfect for our family. The host was easy to work with and made the entire experience smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was amazing! It was central to the pool and the ocean! Rob was an amazing host! His communication was prompt and very helpful! I plan to rebook this condo in the future!

Great time near the beach!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was incredibly responsive to any needs we had. The property was spacious and fit our needs. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Had what we needed to make additonal food for our Thanksgiving to go meal from Big Jims. Lovely.

Great layout, clean, and short walk to beach!

Our family would definitely stay here again. Very clean and bright, great floor plan for family of six (4 adults, 2 kids), and a perfect location for beach access. The Dunes House is a great place to walk for happy hour, and the General Store is perfect for a hot breakfast and evening ice cream! This condo will be at the top of our list for next summer.

Great place to stay

We’re a group of empty nesters the condo was exactly like it’s pics well stocked with everything we needed each of the 3 br was private with a private bath in each room. We were walking distance to the beach and the pool. Would definitely recommend it

Hilton Head Getaway!

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this property in Hilton Head! The location was ideal and the property was perfectly suited for our needs! While there were some items that were missing when we arrived, once contacted, the property management team immediately responded and brought us the missing items. It was a great week!

Family reunion

After staying previously at 2-bedroom units in The Moorings, we needed a 3-bedroom unit on this trip and this unit worked perfectly. The close proximity to the beach, Dunes House, tennis/pickle ball and golf was an added benefit. We would not hesitate to do it again.

Fantastic Vacation Rental!

This is a fantastic vacation rental unit. It is in a great location, with just a short stroll to the beach and Dunes House. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Rob is very responsive and nice to work with. Will definitely be renting here again! Thanks so much!

Had a fantastic stay at this condo. The walk to the beach is short, which we absolutely loved. While it seemed like there wouldn't be a lot of parking, it was actually fine. We had no trouble with always finding a space right in front of the condo. The condo is compact but the living area is a good size, as are the bedrooms. Only thing missing is a dining table, but there just isn't room for one so it was easy to make do with the counter bar stools and small bistro table. Highly recommend this property if you like to be close to the beach.

Loved the location of this condo. It was minutes from the beach and the Dunes House. It had 3 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom which made it really nice. The porches were really nice in the evening because they were in the shade. We could see the ocean in the distance above the ocean front units. We had a question about the air conditioner and where to dispose of our garbage and the owner called us right away to help us.

Great stay

We had a great time. 1 level. top floor unit was perfect for family of 4. Minor items need fixing but everything was great. Used the patio off the master as well and location is the best. No beach chairs or towels provided but we bought some at the store and left them for the next occupants.Owner was super responsive and helpful. We would rent again.

Thank you for your review and choosing to book with us. I appreciate you letting me know about the items that need fixing. I am headed down this week to do maintenance and will take care of them. I might revisit the idea of beach chairs and towels the problem is the cleaning company will not wash and return them. Thanks for leaving some for future guests.

Perfect beach getaway! We had a wonderful stay at Rob‘s condo! The unit was spotless-cleanliness was truly excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed making meal prep, easy and enjoyable. It was the perfect space for our family of six adults and one baby. The highlight was definitely the beautiful ocean view from the balcony-such a peaceful spot to relax. The location couldn’t be better: just a very short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for everyone. Rob was a fantastic host-responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with our family. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place but mechanical issues

It was the perfect set up for us, but the first night the handle came off the sink. Water was spraying everywhere. There are no tools in the place. And it was obviously a handyman’s special because the shutoff valves were missing the handles. Luckily we had tools in the truck and we were able to shut the water off! It took three days to get it fixed and the owner did not do anything to make it right. He should have refunded some of our money for sure.

Our team acted promptly by engaging a third-party plumber who expedited the order for a replacement part to repair the bathroom sink as soon as possible. Additionally, they verified that the faucet handles were turned the wrong way with excessive force, leading to the problem. To accommodate the best we could, we absorbed the full repair expense and did not withhold any damage deposit in order to handle the situation amicably. We understand the frustration this situation may have caused and regret any inconvenience it brought to your stay. Please know that we have taken steps to prevent similar issues in the future by placing a tool kit under the kitchen sink for future unforeseen or common use issues. We had an excellent stay at this condo. The location is ideal—just steps from the beach, pool, and The Dunes House Grill within the Palmetto Dunes gated community. The unit is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, features lovely patios off two bedrooms, and is managed by a highly responsive host. Perfect place to call home while enjoying Hilton Head.

Great time in Hilton Head

This condo was wonderful. The location is terrific! Although bedrooms 2 and 3 are small, the privacy and option to separate adults and children is wonderful for all.
