Appropriately named, Heart of SoHa is located in the perfect spot to keep everyone happy. 2 blocks to downtown South Haven, 5 blocks to the South Beach and the lighthouse, you're in the best spot to enjoy your weeklong visit or weekend getaway.

This English bungalow retains its original charm with beautiful wood floors, classic arches, vintage glass door knobs and handsome wood trim. Heart of SoHa blends those traditional elements with the modern necessities for an authentic home away from home experience.

The main level is focused on togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen will help you prepare big family meals or simply a spot to keep your favorite snacks. Easy access to the dining room and a pass-through keep conversations flowing as you work your magic. Step out to the patio to grill fresh local produce or the fresh cuts available at Bob's Meats. The dining table is ready for meals, late night family games and headquarters for planning day trips around the area. Sink into a sofa at the end of your day to catch your breath and share your adventures.

Heart of SoHa is great for extended families. The main level has two bedrooms and a full bath in addition to the living spaces. The upper level provides a little separation with two bedrooms and a full bath, perfect for grouping family members together. Likewise on the lower level, there's a bedroom, full bathroom, the laundry area and another living space for movie nights and games.

Heart of SoHa provides a great launching spot for your visit. Sidewalks branch in all directions to bring you to the shoreline, the farmers markets, downtown shopping and the riverfront. Bring your bicycles: It's an easy way to explore downtown, pedal to the Michigan Maritime Museum, or explore the Kal-Haven and Van Buren rails-to-trails pathways. Prefer a water trail? Paddleboards, kayaks, river launches and a variety of watercraft are available for an excursion on the Black River or Lake Michigan.

This location was 1 block from downtown and a few short blocks from beach. Cute house with lots of room! Property management super Prompt with their responses!
