Condo was a bit worn but clean. Blinds weren’t working but property management came the next day and installed new blinds, Maintenance man was excellent. Overall, nice location and convenient to town and the highway. Would stay there again.

Loved the location and the unit, although needs a little TLC and updating, especially on lower level. But, we would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of space for us, and it was very quiet. Check-in was easy, and the unit was ready an hour earlier than expected.

Host was fantastic and very responsive. The property location is wonderful; a short drive to I70 but no road noise. The creek is literally RIGHT there and is only feet away from the building. Amazing views from the patio. The condo was a bit dirty. The carpet is in desperate need of a proper cleaning. The price is a tad high for off season compared to other frisco condos.

Great stay!

This was a great base camp for mountain adventure with family and a great place to bring a dog. It has walkability in Frisco with the free buses to nearby areas also within walking distance. We’d definitely stay again!

Overall, the condo wasn’t terrible, but definitely disappointing. The location is great, and backing up to the creek is awesome. But the place is just shabby…not really dirty, but in dire need of renovation and a deep clean. It’s clear the owners have put very minimal time or into keeping the property up to date. In particular, the carpet is in bad shape and the tiny microwave is comical for a condo of this size. I did not see anywhere in the description that the main living area is on the third floor, so get used to climbing two flights of stairs all the time…I would not have booked had I known that. Also, pay attention to all the fees that get tacked on…the cost per night essentially doubles. It could be a great place with some effort and investment.

Layout of the property was different, but worked well for my wife and I. The balcony overlooking the river, was amazing!

Great space and location!

This was the perfect condo for our little family and our dog. Easy walk down Main Street and loved the quaint hot tub area and pool. Spacious enough, but we could all be together.

Beautiful mountain condo

My husband and I stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the creek below. Overall a wonderful stay!
