We loved spending family time in this beautiful, thoughtful property! We appreciated the game room, the comfortable beds, and the secluded property despite being close to town.

Very nice property in the trees a few minutes outside town ( too far to walk.). The house was very clean. Living spaces nicely decorated and comfortable as advertised. Bonus for EV charger and good wifi. Kitchen is not full stocked but close enough. One odd thing was the advertised sauna is a tiny little closet inside a bathroom/ barely big enough for one person. It wasn’t worth using. Otherwise we had a very nice girls weekend in Nevada City!

Thank you, Heidi, for your wonderful 5 star review! We’re delighted you and your friends enjoyed your girls’ weekend and appreciated the home’s cleanliness, peaceful setting, EV charger, and Wi\-Fi\. We also appreciate your sauna feedback. For future guests, the sauna is an original built-in feature from the home’s 1977 construction and accommodates approximately 3–4 people. We’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations 😕 Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you back! ❤️

We stayed here for a few nights in Nevada City and overall had a good experience. The house was clean, though I'd note it's definitely older than it appears in the listing photos. Nothing was a dealbreaker, but go in expecting a place with some age and character rather than a modern remodel. The hospitality was great - extremely easy check in and a late checkout was great for our big group. Check out instructions were simple and straightforward too. We didn't end up cooking, but the kitchen looked well-stocked with appliances, dishes, and everything you'd need to prepare meals. The sauna also went unused during our trip, so I can't speak to its condition. The air conditioning worked great, which was a huge plus since it was extremely hot during our visit. We were able to keep the house cool and comfortable the whole time. The beds were comfy and the towels were nice, so we slept well and had everything we needed after long days out.Overall, a clean, comfortable base for exploring Nevada City, with a big group too!

The host was communicative from the time I booked my stay to timely responses during my stay. The home is beautiful, and the location is ideal - just far enough from town but close enough for a quick jaunt to grab a coffee. The views from the living room's full-length windows are breathtaking; the pictures do not do it justice. The home's fully stocked amenities make your time away from home seamless.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything had a personal touch and was welcoming and clean. The area was peaceful and the view is beautifully surrounded by trees. The house slept 8 of us comfortably. 3 bathrooms made getting ready easy and the washer and dryer was a great extra touch. AC worked great and there were throw blankets available. The kitchen was stocked with nice extras like coffee, tea, waters, and cereal/oatmeal. There were a lot of games to play and a full game room downstairs. The house is everything you see in the pictures. Highly recommend!

Immagine del profilo dell’host
Hi,
I'm a blessed mommy to 4 beautiful babies. My husband & I have been happily married for 19 years. My passion to serve others led me to become a Nurse so I can help others. I recently launched our company: Jeevikasa Luxury Inns, which aims to serve guests with a luxurious yet comfortable stay.

I am excited to host guests from all over the world while they relax and enjoy their vacation.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our home is very special as it is a custom built home from the 70's by the Lancaster family of Nevada City. It sits on 1 Acre and is surrounded by beautiful tall redwoods and pines. The home has been updated with beautiful touches. We took over the home in December of 2021 and have furnished it with Mid Century Modern Decor to stay true to the homes time period.

This property has something for everyone all year round. For the Winter, we get snow storms and the property is super cozy with 2 wood fireplaces and a cozy fire pit for those cool nights. For the Spring and Summer months, our guests can enjoy the near by Lake for Camping, fishing, water skiing and more. Additionally, you will be pleased to find many award winning wineries, restaurants and local attractions such as the Empire Mine only minutes from our home. During Christmas time, Nevada City holds it's annual Victorian Christmas and hosts thousands of excited guests from all over. If you want more, then you will surely enjoy all the special shops and boutiques Nevada City has to offer.

We are honored and happily welcome LGBTQ, are Business friendly, Pet friendly and Family friendly.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our home is centrally located, so it is in close proximity to every thing exciting. Our Location is Top rated by our guests.
