Good spot for quiet stay

Plenty of indoor space, convenient location, 15-20 minute drive to beach, super lap pool, ample parking space, BBQ with propane. Relaxing place to stay.

Absolutely great

Close to so many things. The pool was amazing, 8ft at the deep end. Truly an amazing place to stay.

Best house in Sarasota

This is the second time that we have stayed in this home. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Hope to return next year!

Perfect house and location

The house was in a perfect location and great access to restaurants. 15 minutes to siesta key. The owner was wonderful to work with. We will be staying there again in the future. Any questions we had were quickly answered.

Amazing home

This house was a wonderful surprise. The large home was in great condition and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and linens. The house was homey and well decorated. We absolutely loved it!

Rental was conveiently located close to many attractions and restaurants. Home is equipped with all you need for home away from home. Host was very easy to work with and answered promptly. We would book this rental again.

Eclectic Home

Plenty of living space inside and out. Two bathrooms are very small, but we made it work. Interesting decorating, furniture, and artwork. Figure out the theme of each room! Kitchen appliances excellent. Nice laundry room and an office area if you need to work. Good location, close to grocery store. restaurants and beach. Kitchen cupboards and drawers could use decluttering and deep cleaning. Weather was perfect!

We loved the area.

The house was fully stocked and the location was great. There were several area rugs that were not secured to the floor. I tripped over the area rug in the living room and broke my foot 2 weeks in to our 4 week vacation. Our check out was at 11:00 am on Saturday and the cleaners showed up at 9:00 am while we were showering.

Perfect Florida Get-a-way

Wow! What an amazing home! This quintessential Miami abode was so charming and contained everything we needed from clean bedrooms to a laundry room, a lush & magical backyard with a refreshing swimming pool, a well-stocked kitchen, sunscreen & spare flip flops, a grill, and 2 kitchens! It’s so close to the beach and near cute restaurants, bars, and eclectic shops. My girlfriends and I had such a blast reconnecting here and are already planning our next adventure which will include riding bikes (yes, there are bikes here!) on the nearby Legacy bike trail. Can’t wait to visit again. Was exactly what I had hoped for!

Highly recommend it!

First off, our host was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful, giving us all sorts of tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay extra special. The property itself was a real gem. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place to enjoy and relax. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. We had a blast cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and hanging out in the comfy living areas. The location was spot-on too. We were close to all the fun stuff to do and see in the area. Exploring during the day and coming back to this cozy home at night was the perfect combo. We're already daydreaming about our next visit. Seriously, we had such a great time here, and we can't wait to make more memories in this awesome place. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway, look no further!

Couldn't complete reservation

Layout of the house was a bit strange. Although, lots of space for my family of 4. Odd decor! Outdoor area is pretty. Kids were excited to swim in the pool and enjoy their own bedrooms. After spending 2 hours in the house, we started to feel uneasy. The first night 3 of the 4 of us had horror movie nightmares. Oddly enough, this repeated itself into the second night, leading us to keep the lights on in the house while we barely slept. After taking a nap on the third day and having another scary dream, we decided we could not comfortably complete our stay. We left quickly, packing the car in a rush and forgetting items at the house we were not comfortable going back for. We paid for 5 nights; we only stayed for 2 of them. We ended up booking a hotel for the remainder of our stay. The uneasiness and awful dreams left when we did. The house is in the perfect area. It was clean and stocked with amentities. It's a shame it is also full of bad vibes.
