First Timers

The property was in a great location and had everything we needed for a beach stay! We frequented Stinky’s across the road for easy breakfast, coffee, and snacks. Loved having the pool available for a little time out of the ocean. We used the screened in deck each morning and evening to watch the waves and occasional dolphin family! The furniture and such is dated, but worked for what we needed it for- a place to sit and sleep! The location and view is definitely worth coming back for!

Beach Brats Brouhaha

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dune Allen has been our vacation destination since Jeanne & Eric Allen started the company. We began staying in the Dune I Townhomes the year they were built. We are hooked on stepping out the front door onto the beach. Swimming pool is a bonus. #1 needs floor repairs. Fees are outrageous!

A Family Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 52 family members gathered in 7 Dune I Townhomes once again. I am the oldest - 95 years - the youngest is 2. This is the spot where my 5 children have vacationed all their lives, and now their children and grandchildren are coming. I didn’t reserve for 2027. Perhaps someone will invite me. ;o)
