Our house comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed in the downstairs suite, 2 suites upstairs with queen beds, one suite with 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed (pullout couch) in the upstairs living room. The home occupancy permits 10 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). Great location to Boise State

The house was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot tub was warm and we enjoyed the amenities. More towels would be great as each room only had one towel and beach towles for the Hot Tub would be great. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Wonderful updated and clean property!

Myself and my 9 girlfriends enjoyed the property immensely!! The house was practically brand new! We were able walk to plenty of places but just hanging out in the house was just as much fun. This house was wonderful and we all had a great time !!

Great stay in Boise

Our family stayed here while one of our daughters was swimming at the Western Zones meet at the local aquatic center. The home is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. Also, it is pet friendly and has an enclosed backyard, which was a huge plus. The house is conveniently located to downtown restaurants and parks. We spent the hot afternoons watching the Olympics and enjoyed the arcade games in the upstairs family room, too. Check in access and communication with the owner,/manager were great.

Contemporary Comfort

Gorgeous home

House is perfect for a family. Each had their own space and privacy. The kitchen was a great hang out area. Upstairs is a loft for the young adults to gather and play the video game or watch TV. Getting anywhere from this house was the bonus. The main road behind the house takes you straight into town within minutes. The airport also in the opposite direction is a straight shot. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood is quiet.

Upon arrival, we found significant cleanliness issues, including spider webs, dirt, and weeds around the front door. More concerningly, inside the house, there was dog hair on the kitchen table, coffee table, and, most unacceptably, on top of and inside the bedding. As it was too late to wash the bedding ourselves, we had to purchase new sheets and blankets for the three beds we used.The hot tub was also a major issue. When we opened it, the water was green and emitted a strong odor. When I messaged you about this, you stated, "the hot tub has a chemical similar to chlorine in it called bromine that make the water turn bluish green. It is perfectly safe and clean to use." However, the following day, someone entered the property without our notification while we were out to add additional chemicals to the hot tub, which contradicts your earlier assurance that it was clean.The most alarming incident occurred when we returned to the home and smelled gas at the front door. Upon entering, the smell was intense, prompting us to immediately open all windows and doors due to concerns for our safety. I heard gas coming from the firepit when I opened the back door, but the strong smell inside the home was deeply unsettling. When we tried to contact you, you stated you had an important meeting for your child and would contact the gas company, then hung up on us and called me "silly."Given these serious safety concerns and the host's dismissive response, we did not feel safe.

I debated whether to respond, but several claims in this review are inaccurate and need clarification. You did not mention any cleanliness issues during your stay, and our cleaners’ timestamped photos taken before your arrival show no evidence of spider webs, pet hair, or dirt. Had we been notified, we would have immediately addressed any concern. The hot tub was inspected and balanced prior to check-in. Bromine, which we use instead of chlorine, can react with trace metals in city water and create a slight bluish-green hue—this is completely normal and noted in our house manual. There was no odor present at that time. The technician’s visit the following day was part of our routine Friday service, performed weekly for all guests to ensure continued cleanliness and water balance. Regarding the gas concern, the outdoor firepit had been turned on without being lit, which caused the gas smell. It was not on prior to your arrival. I responded within minutes of your message and immediately contacted the gas company to confirm the property was safe—which they did. We care deeply about guest safety and cleanliness and regret that this situation has been misrepresented. Our goal is always to provide a safe, comfortable, and transparent experience for every guest.

No complaints. Property was clean, each bedroom had its own bathroom which made privacy easy and getting a group of people ready and out of the house so much more quicker. Spacious. Clean. Easy communication.
