Welcome to this amazing, gulf front condo welcoming up to 6 guests with two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, even full sized laundry facilities INSIDE the condo. Outside the condo from the balcony you will see the waves, the sand, the surf, the sky and the passers by. At the complex you'll find a fitness center, two pools and two hot tubs.

In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom and the living room has a television - so no one needs to argue over what to watch. The kitchen offers everything you could want to prepare your meals or warm leftovers from any of Galveston's hundreds of restaurants. The complex has 2 pools and a hot tub for your enjoyment when not dipping your toes in the gulf of Mexico.

A private WiFi connection means you can work from home, home school, or stream whatever you wish while in the property. Also - the Dawn is steps from the corner, where there is a protected crossing directly to the beach - no dodging vehicles to cross this road. You will be close to shopping and eateries - so whether you plan to experience Galveston's culinary adventures or save money by cooking in (some or all of your meals) it's convenient from this central Seawall Boulevard Location.

The Dawn Condominium Complex charge $40.00 per vehicle for stays of 1-3 nights and $50.00 per vehicle for stays of 4 nights or longer as a parking/resort/amenity fees. This is not a charge from My Galveston Getaway and is paid directly to the complex upon your arrival. They will issue a parking permit and may issue wristbands that identify guests who are authorized at the complex. They will also provide guests with the codes for the gates to enter the property - both drive-through and walk through.

What's included: Bed linens for all beds, bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that ours not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.

Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are not intended to last your entire group through your entire stay - but to get in, get situated and figure out where you will shop for what on the island.
