Unfortunately we can't say the same, we found a house trashed full of garbage and the guest only were there for 15 days, we allowed pets however we ask minimum Hygiene and clean after them, Amanda left the piss of their pet to penetrate the garage concrete floor! we couldn't get rid of and had to apologize with our next guest for the terrible smell. Besides that a broken wall, smoke detector was pulled down forcing it, and for some reason abusively they removed all the signs that indicated the house is a short term rental, leading us to believe they either hosted an unauthorized party or fake the property was their, the amount of trash and bad smell wasn't normal. Due to this guest we are forced to increase our security deposit. I wouldn't recommend to host Amanda to anyone, she and her party disrespected our rental and will never be welcomed back.

Thanks for the feedback, even though it Misses a lot of context Unfortunately Alecia, had inconveniences at her arrival, I want to add to her comment something she forgot to mention is how we made it up for her... the very next day she brought to our attention the issues and listing picture confusion, we upgraded the property at zero cost to the one she saw pictures of, this second property was at least $1000 more and we refunded as courtesy due to her inconveniences a full night This is what we do, in case situations like this, we are here to make sure our guests will still have a pleasant stay. It Is unfortunate the guest didn't share the part where we did good and only the problems she had. But we still appreciate constructive feedbacks. Best of luck to her The very next day she had issues we moved her to a larger accommodation the one we by mistake had in the pictures, after realizing there was a mistake in our listing we didn't hesitate and moved her at ZERO cost, and even refunded her 1 full night due to her inconveniences. We understand situations can arise, we are in the hospitality industry. However is disappointing to host people so ungrateful like this one. But she's one of those guest that to put it simple, will never have enough.
