The house is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It is very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was the highlight of the trip for my teenagers. All communication with the host was prompt and professional. We had a fantastic stay and would book this property again.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. Just a couple things that would have made the stay a little nicer would be either ceiling fans or oscillating fans in a couple bedrooms. When the A/C turns on, you can feel the cool air in those bedrooms and it's comfortable, but when the A/C turns off, it gets warm quick. We had a fan with us and put it in one of the rooms during our stay and it made a huge difference. The couch could probably use an upgrade. It's in good condition overall, but the cushions are so soft that you almost fall into it when you sit down. The kitchen could also use a few baking pans and a pizza tray, but other than that, it was pretty well stocked. None of these things take away from the fact that we still had a very nice stay at this house. It just would have made the stay even better.

The house was incredibly clean and inviting. The pool was warm. The host is easy to communicate with and incredibly gracious. We were allowed to use the property to host our rehearsal dinner the eve before our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

Great home. Great location.

This house fit our family perfectly. The back yard is stocked with activities, and the kitchen is perfectly outfitted for cooking, and we cooked a lot! The laundry is nice and convenient and there are also cleaning supplies so you can deal with little messes. It was a wonderful place for our family to spend Thanksgiving.

Memorable Wedding Weekend

Overall, this was a great house for our needs this weekend, as it is close to The Wright House, the venue we had our wedding at. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the kitchen when we first arrived, and that wasn't ideal.

Extended stay

We stayed at the property for around two months to take care of a medical issue. The home was wonderful. Furnished comfortably and many amenities that we appreciated. The location was close to restaurants, shops and within 20 mins of phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe etc. The neighbor is quiet. We lucked out and would recommend definitely.
