Situated in Midtown Atlanta, this place has modern convenience without losing what appears to be 1920s charm! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were well appointed and stocked. Washer/dryer saved the day, and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Our host was very accommodating and easy to reach via the app. We would certainly stay there again if the occasion arose!!

Great communication- very clean-had everything one needs and some. Not older people or handicap accessible- this is not a criticism- it's just a fact because it is on a hill and there steps either up or down. For everyone else- it's great. Updated nicely and really conveniently located to many things. Walkable to the botanical gardens

The inside was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The area was convenient to the Botanical gardens and we were even able to walk from the rental. The area across street is currently a construction area- the construction and jackhammering started at 7 am, which was noisy. Thankfully we spent most of the days out exploring Atlanta. The parking was tight and the driveway somewhat difficult to get out onto due to heavy traffic.

It was clean, & the kitchen had everything anyone would need. It was spacious & comfortable, & the area is lovely. The driveway was difficult to find on the busy street, but once you know where it is, it gets easier. Also, the parking was a bit tricky for us…..figuring out where we were to park. We needed more thorough instructions for that & clearer identification of the unit numbers.

We had an excellent stay at this adorable home. The house was so cute and had all that you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, basic soaps were available, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. Both beds were very comfortable. My husband and I loved the wood floors and other charming details. The host was always fast to reply and very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Excellent Host and Property

This is an amazing property to stay at. It's very cozy and exactly as advertised. Host is very helpful and very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may come up during your stay. Would definitely book this property again as we go to Atlanta 3-4 times a year. Location is perfect.

Great location, super clean

Great location for the family activities we were doing all over Midtown and Piedmont Park. Off-street reserved parking is a super useful feature. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

House was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Loved the decor! As many others have posted, you certainly can hear rush hour traffic but it didn't bother us. The midtown location was convenient to so many spots in Atlanta.

This is an excellent rental situated in a very convenient location right near the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and Piedmont Park. It is spacious and the host obviously works hard to maintain its cleanliness. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. There is guaranteed off street parking which is unusual in this part of town. This is the downstairs unit of an older duplex home. There were also renters upstairs and you can hear some of their comings and goings, which is to be expected. The only negative is the front of the house is on a very busy street with road noise. If you are a light sleeper, I would bring noise canceling headphones or a white noise machine. Otherwise, this is an excellent value rental

You can literally hear the upstairs tenant walking back and forth. There was also some sort of water leak from upstair; I couldn’t sleep because of the sound from the water dripping.

The vacation with family that was much needed

The property was fully equipped with most essentials that one would need when away from home, cozy & comfortable. The only complaint is the renters in the upstairs apartment were very noisy at night when we were trying to sleep walking across the floors back and forth as if it was early in the day!

Adorable, immaculate, well located cottage

This property is so cute and cozy and fully stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and Teresa even included coffee, wine, water and fruit for our stay. The house was super clean and well organized. The location can’t be beat right across from the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and includes off street parking. Teresa was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We could live here

Loved our stay and the house. Perfect for two couples exploring Atlanta. Loved being so close to Piedmont Park with lots of restaurants and stores situated within a half mile or a little more. House was perfect and well stocked. The only potential negative for some was that it was on a busy street but we had no issues with that. We would l Iove to visit Atlanta again and, if so, hope to stay at the same place. All four of us said we could easily live there.

Great location, comfortable apartment!

We spent a week at this apartment, and we had a great time. It’s located perfectly for exploring midtown, downtown, and all spots surrounding the city. It was attractively decorated and was stocked with everything we could need. Parking in back was much appreciated in this location. There was street noise, but it became white noise very quickly. The Atlanta Botanical Garden across the street (and Piedmont Park) were gorgeous, and it’s a short walk to the High Art Museum and other cultural destinations. We could walk to restaurants and groceries, so we spent less time in Atlanta traffic. We recommend Krog Street Market for a meal, and Bantam and Biddy nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Looking for a place to live in Midtown

We came to Atlanta to spend a few days to help our daughter find a place to live as she recently accepted a job in the area. The home is absolutely beautiful —almost right off an episode on HGTV! The area is quiet and peaceful. Everything that was written about the home in the VRBO listing was to the exact detail. Very clean!! My daughter and I wish it was available to rent because she would take it!!

Paradise on Piedmont

If I could give 10 stars I would. Teresa is an exceptional host. Never have I stayed in a VRBO that is so clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Teresa goes beyond kind to her guests. The rental has everything needed to make your stay feel like home. It’s in the perfect location to enjoy all the activities Atlanta has to offer. Walking distance to Piedmont park and botanical gardens, grocery stores and restaurants. This is my second visit to the rental and will stay again on our next visit. Thank you Teresa for making our trip to Atlanta feel like coming home. You are awesome!

Donna it is a pleasure to have you stay at my home. You all have been the perfect guests each time you’ve stayed at Luxury on Piedmont. When you stayed I just wanted you to feel like home away from home. I would host you again and again. You’ve never complained about anything so I haven’t had a chance to show you how quickly we would respond. Hopefully on your next visit it will be the same experience.
