The host family was so accommodating and kind. The house was absolutely clean and inviting. I would book this gorgeous rental property again each year! We had an amazing time and were so close to all attractions! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comforting place to spend a summer vacation! Thank you , again to the hosts!!!

Amazing!

We have been renting on LBI for decades and would recommend this house 100%! Great location, very clean, and slept 6 very comfortably. A/C worked great, outdoor shower was newer, and the front deck for coffee in the morning was fantastic. Would be happy to stay here again!!

Amazing Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this place. Amazing location and it felt like home. Great communication with the owners. Please be sure to bring essentials such as, trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was an awesome stay and it was hard to leave. Will be back next year! aww

Perfect Spot With Great Beach!

This mint-condition ground floor living space is on a very quiet street just 6 minutes from Bay Village! A large living room, great kitchen, beautiful master bedroom, and practical twin beds elsewhere made this the perfect spot for our family! The mattresses were great! All amenities are in excellent condition and the outdoor shower borders on luxurious! The beach access is handy and it's one of the widest, nicest beaches on LBI! The owner is a pleasure to deal with and check in and out process is easy! Great location with Acme, WaWa, and a variety of good places to eat less than 5minutes away! We loved the whole experience!

North Beach Haven Review

We had a lovely time visiting LBI after Labor Day when all is peaceful and quiet. The weather was perfect. LBI was our family vacation spot for years when we were kids and we were happy to vacation again on LBI after not seeing the ocean together since 2019. This was a perfect spot for us--close to the water, quiet neighborhood, and a handicapped beach entry one block away for my Mom. We would like to visit again in 2023! Thank you!

Wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this home that was located close to the beach and kept very clean. Restaurant located up the block was convenient for lunch/dinner and home was within walking distance to other restaurants located in the area. Great porch which was very relaxing.. Would recommend this home..

Great place

We had a great stay at this property. A block and a half from the beach. Owners have the upstairs unit. They were very responsive to any questions or needs. They provided us with Gator Service information (free round trip door to beach transport, provided by the town) for my elderly mother who could not walk to the beach. Propane tank for the grill replaced quickly when we let them know there was an issue. Small kitchen - but it worked for our needs (family of 4). Front porch was great. Outdoor shower was clean. We loved the location. Very quiet block. Beach never got crowded. My husband and I have been coming to LBI for 15 years - this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend!

To put this review in context. The 3 stars are because no linens or towels were provided, which in fact they aren't but that is clearly stated on the property description. We tried to accommodate them by letting them borrow our linens and towels so they could use for their stay but they still left this review. Reading and Understanding the property description would have prevented this review.
