Ci sono SPETTACOLARI viste panoramiche dell'isola dal faro.
Offriamo una casa privata confortevole e rilassante, dove il motivo puro è tutto piacevolmente decorato con gli splendidi colori turchesi della SABBIA E DEL MARE ... Una cucina rinnovata di recente è una delizia per gli chef !!
C'è un GAZEBO esterno coperto W / BBQ per pranzo e posti a sedere per 6 al nostro tavolo da pranzo in legno TEAK. C'è un nuovo divano letto Queen in un piacevole tessuto di palma. La nostra barra bagnata all'aperto è completa di frigorifero e frullatore; perfetto per mescolare alcune bevande rinfrescanti !!

La pietra. & area piscina in marmo CABANA ha comodi lettini in teak; il tutto circondato da palme di bambù e altri fiori da giardino tropicale. C'è una divertente doccia all'aperto per quell'esperienza all'aria aperta dopo una nuotata invitante!

La nostra invitante Aruban Casita offre sistemazioni in 3BR / 3 BA di camere da letto a tema paradisiaco: 2 camere con bagno privato KING KINGTER; la stanza "PALMA", la stanza "ISOLA" e la nostra terza camera da letto "SEASHELL" REGINA ha una vasca adiacente. La nostra biancheria da letto lussuosamente confortevole offre materassi pillow-top da 18 "e cuscini in piuma e biancheria a 600 gradini.
Le due en-suite KING hanno entrambe doppio lavabo e docce con blocchi di vetro per 2! Ci sono tende e tendaggi personalizzati che si aprono sullo spazio abitativo all'aperto. Questo arioso pergolato e gazebo all'aperto con volta in pietra ricoperta di pietra ha un grazioso lampadario dimmerabile e conduce alla nostra meravigliosa e deliziosa piscina lungo il sentiero in marmo di cabana.
Vivi una lussuosa nuotata notturna!

Ci godiamo i panorami e i suoni degli incredibili uccelli di Aruba nel nostro tranquillo albero DIVI e nel tranquillo spazio del cortile ... il nostro cortile per la colazione preferito! tranquilo'

La casa è dotata di 4 inverter Airco divisi; uno in ciascuna delle 3 camere da letto e un'unità 3Ton nello spazio abitativo e pranzo comune.

C'è un 8 "porta PATIO schermato e tutte le porte interne in mogano che garantiscono la privacy per tutti gli ospiti in questo tentacolare piano di 2000 mq." villa.

L'arredamento personalizzato degli interni è molto piacevole con i colori turchesi dei Caraibi. Abbiamo piacevoli foto di pareti interne dei preferiti di Aruba - Natural Bridge, Lighthouse & Seascapes, ecc.

L'LR è dotato di un lussuoso divano e divanetto in pelle italiana, un LG TV TV da 55 '' e un lettore DVD SONY con una selezione di librerie di DVD!

La nuova cucina gourmet è deliziosa con una spaziosa isola in granito da 9 'con lavello inox da 30 ", elettrodomestici LG e piccoli elettrodomestici Cuisinart nella spaziosa cucina 20x17'. Il nuovo frigorifero 24 cu 'LG inverter con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e acqua filtrata presenta il pannello di facile accesso. Il nostro inverter inossidabile DW è eccezionalmente silenzioso e la nostra stufa inossidabile a 5 fuochi è una gioia per cucinare, di tanto in tanto!
C'è un frigorifero con capacità di bottiglia di vino AVANTI 28 e una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice Electrolux impilabile, ad alta efficienza energetica!

The property was exactly as stated. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and inviting. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. Nice loungers and plenty of shade. Kitchen had everything you need for a large group. Plenty of towels in bathrooms, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel equipment. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Air conditioning and fans in each room, very comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio. Very quiet neighborhood. Hosts very responsive We will be back. You will not be disappointed in this property!!

First time to Aruba, what an amazing place to stay! The location was perfect and had a lot of amenities. There were a lot of restaurants within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. The house is very clean and private, and has its own pool, which we enjoyed daily. Excellent hosts to work with, and were extremely responsive. They were helpful with good information on where to travel or eat. We would highly recommend this villa for your Aruba vacation!

Angela’s Sans and Sea Villa is a home away from Home for us This is the second year in a row we have rented this property It is a beautiful well maintained home with lovely decor and fully equipped kitchen fit for the chef in allWe loved spending time on the well appointed patio and pool, Tierra Del sol by far the nicest community on the quieter north side of the Island ( and we have explored the island thoroughly over our last and present visits)and the facilities at the club house are excellent as well We will return again

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The property manger is excellent and was very helpful for our first trip to Aruba. The outdoor pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Week!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners clearly take pride in their home and it shows. The pool area was like a private resort with multiple seating and dining areas and plenty of shade. Proximity to the beach and restaurants couldn't have been better.

Perfect in every way.

This house is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, equipped with everything you could need or want for an island vacation. Our hosts were extremely accessible and helpful. They even welcomed us with champagne and snacks. Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Aruba.

This was our first trip to Aruba. Angela, the VRBO host, was very communicative - all my questions ahead of the trip were answered. Maria - the local property manager met us at the property and showed us where everything we needed was. We loved the area as the community was nice, the gate staff were very friendly. We would take a morning run, then explore the island in the afternoon. The house had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, and there were towels for the beach along with a number of other things you might need - although we did not find all of these on day one - some were in a closet in the room my daughter was staying in - we found those items on check-out day. This property is a short drive to the lighthouse - well worth visiting during the day - you can climb it for a few dollars and in the evening you can get great photos. We liked swimming off the rocks in Malmok and at Arashi beach. I would recommend water shoes as there are some spots with shells and rocks that can be a bit hard on the feet. We are not really hotel resort people, so we did not try the beaches in front of the hotels, but they are only a few minutes away by car. If you have always wanted to try wind surfing or kite surfing check out Aruba Active Vacations - they are close by - my advice do this early in the trip.Overall, this was a beautiful location, great house, and ran by wonderful people. It is the ideal place for a family to unwind.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay - the house was perfect, both in location and amenities. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better stocked rental home, with more dishes, glasses, towels, supplies, and added extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Communication was excellent and service above-and-beyond, providing us with both an early check in and a late check out. We all hope to be back again soon!

The house was lovely ( just like the pictures which sometimes is not the case)It was very well appointed from the decor to the upgraded incredibly stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The patio and pool area were wonderful.It was a pleasure and dealing with the owners Angela and Nora and the house keeper Maria .Any little issues we had( like How to use the multiple TV remotes) were dealt with quickly .We will definitely be returning to this properly again in the future

Everything we were hoping for, plus some. Incredible backyard space with multiple options with great privacy. Great location with proximity to beaches yet in a quiet area. Great communication throughout with no issues arising. Thank you!

Beautiful Villa in a Gated Community close to the beaches

The Sand N’ Sea villa in Tierra Del Sol was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in while we enjoyed our week in sunny Aruba! It was exactly as advertised! The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis after a long day at the beach! Angela was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

January 2025

The first thing we consider when looking for a rental is the outdoor space - Sand n' Sea has a wonderful outdoor space. There was plenty of seating in and out of the sun, the grounds were well kept, and the furniture was comfortable. Maria was our onsite contact and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this wonderful villa.

Family vacay Tierra del sol

This villa is amazing. It has everything you could desire from a family vacation spot. Communication with the owners was great and easy. The pool and outdoor living space just draw you outside and make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The gated community leaves you feeling secure. It is in close proximity to many of the great beaches. I would go back and also recommend this property to anyone (friends or family) without hesitation. Thank you straw-hat sisters.

Great house and location

We stayed at Angela and Nora's property over the Christmas holiday, and had a great time. House was well-stocked and the pool area and backyard were fabulous. Only minor issue was that one of the master bedrooms had a shower with a difficult-to-use handle that probably needs to be replaced. But that's a super minor issue and we would highly recommend!

Sand n' Sea Paradise

What an amazing week we had and this house provided everything we needed. Five Stars is not enough. From the beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen to the pool. This house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had and Cap, the local property manager, was awesome to work with. Thank you for sharing your island paradise with us and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip

This home is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of the island. It was lovely to get back from the beach and spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. We experienced a few issues with communication and mechanical failures (washing machine leak and a faulty circuit breaker rendered the Palm bedroom without air conditioning for most of the trip) but the owners refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great vacation to Aruba and we had an amazing time.

Our Villa has themed bedrooms, the King "PALM" & en-suite, the "ISLAND" King & en-suite & the "SEASHELL" Queen bedroom with an adjacent private stone - ZEN bath.
AND FOR our ADDITIONAL GUESTS...
We have a separate Guest house apartment with kitchenette & full size refrigerator. It offers a comfortable 1 Queen bed & 1 spacious bath with a luxurious marble shower & 48" vanity. It is a spacious bathroom with functional window & blind and an overhead ceiling fan! The Guest house also comes with a custom kitchenette with full size refrigerator, and micro- broiler & Cuisinart Griddler & coffee pot, dishes & set of Henkel knives. It is air conditioned with a 24k split inverter AIRCO, a 55" LG TV. The double closets and dresser has 4 large drawers.

*The Dutch door entry and private 10x12' trellised, shaded courtyard, can be rented for your additional guests, if desired. It is not available as a separate rental when the villa is occupied with Guests.

We are privately located at the end of the road in the Las Campeonas neighborhood on the end of a cul de sac in the TDS resort. There are 2 Indonesian TIKI Lights to greet you at our entry, and our villa is set upon a spacious 900m3 amidst manicured grounds; mandevilla trellises, cactus beds, palm trees & floral trees.

We offer our guests luxury, privacy and restful surroundings! Throughout our custom SAND n' SEA villa, it is complete with our special decor touches that complement the turquoise waters and sandy beaches surrounding the island. It is a pleasure to share our Caribbean home away from-home; as it has been our labor of love for us to put together!
