We had a wonderful stay at the beach house and truly enjoyed our time there as a family. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and create great family memories. We would definitely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway, and we hope to return again in the future!

The "cottage" is a lovely place, spacious, bright and airy. Windows to all sides allow the view of being near the water. Sunsets are amazing. Everything you need was at your fingertips within a few minutes' drive into town. Definitely would love to return!Hildegard Mintz

We had a wonderful stay and the house was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with all the necessities cooking and baking. We loved the patio and appreciated the use of the grill as well as the full size washer and dryer. Strong wi-fi, hot showers, and comfortable beds! One of the cleanest properties we’ve rented. Great waterside location for views and relaxing. We also loved the fantastic parks, shops and restaurants in the surrounding Door County area. Don’t skip a traditional fish boil or supper club dinner. Thank you, again!

Door county impulsive trip

Our vrbo was everything we hoped for and more. Definitely planning on coming back for a family get together next time😊 open concept with private spaces so clean and up to date finishes the view was incredible only wish we could have a stayed longer!!

Family trip

Our first time in Door county. We had a great time and the house was perfect! Plenty of space and the cleanest rental property we’ve stayed in. Not far from Sturgeon Bay Main Street area & the rest of the peninsula is very easy to get to and from.

This house and property are beautiful. Check in was very smooth. Everything was just as described and as the pictures showed. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Beautiful lake views from the deck and you can walk right to the water’s edge too.

Beautiful spot on the bay. 200 feet from old time northern bar/restaurant, good food and great drink, and nice people. The house was very big, clean, quiet, and in a great location. Everything you would need for any length of stay. Loved the whole experience.

Nice home, very comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous views all around! Our only recommendation would be to add more comfortable beds, and bedding. Two kings would be helpful!

Wonderful Waterfront Home

Thenell's Beach House was an amazing place to stay!!! It felt like home while we were away on vacation. Everything was exceptional...clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms, great views of the bay from the shared beach area, and a welcoming yard/deck/campfire area. The property management company was very helpful and prompt with a question I had after booking the property. We can't say enough good things about this VRBO property, we would definitely stay here again!
