While the bathrooms were somewhat dated, the living spaces were nice and the condo was very clean.

This was was our first visit to the gulf shore area and we really enjoyed it. Found some great restaurants and seafood markets, the beach was clean and not crowded...we will definitely return to the area.

Relaxation

We had a great stay and Richard the owner was very responsive. The check-in was so easy the condo was very comfortable and the view was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

Great cozy 1BR right on the beach

This was a great 1BR right on the beach and nice patio overlook on 5th floor. Very quiet and close to all the restaurants. Very easy access and not too crowded of a spot.

Great property right on the beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Richard, the owner was quick to respond to any messages and very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy condo

Loved the place! The view was exceptional. This place had a very cozy and homey feel to it. Loved the location. It was more of a relaxing place and that is just what we like. If we ever come back i would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay from the awesome Condo to the view to the NON crowded beach. We had a fabulous 6 days. Definitely recommend this place for beautiful, quiet and relaxing experience.!!

Booking was very easy and the condo was amazing. So much to see from just the balcony and very close to restaurants. Loved watching dolphins from our balcony. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and view

You can’t get better views. This location was great. We visited the Flora-Bama nightly for live music. Plenty of great restaurants close by and even drove to Pensacola for the Naval museum. Great stay and great host!

Awesome view and accommodations

Nicely decorated clean and comfortable condo. Beach not crowded with clear water. Very good restaurants very close. Great weather. We had a great time. Highly recommend 506 Lei Lani.

The grounds are extra clean and the parking close to the elevators. The unit has been updated recently and was furnished very well. Will definitely be back again,

Footprints in the sand

Nice waterfront place for two in a quiet smaller condo complex. Beautiful views and miles of beach to walk. Very responsive host. A great vacation experience!

This condo was nice and cozy. Right on the beach. The beach area was never crowded. I would definitely come back to this condo.

Amazing View!

Richard is a wonderful host, great communication and genuinely cares that your stay is the best! Amazing views! We saw many porpoise from the balcony!

Best Condo Ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire trip! The condo was the perfect location, not too crowded and the best beach view ever! We saw lots of dolphins! I plan to book same place next year. Highly recommended!

Great condo!

Nice location right on the beach. Not crowded even though it was a holiday weekend. Condo was perfect for our needs. Spotless and comfy. Richard was prompt when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Getaway

Our host Richard was full of hospitality as if we had already met before in person. It was a quick last minute getaway that was planned; and from start to finish everything was amazing. The location, the condo, the view, all was great!

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was so easy to work with. The beach is beautiful! We are already planning our next trip! Thank you Richard for making our stay wonderful! If we had any complaints it was the elevators were really hot!
