After Hurricane Isaias, management communicated and went out of their way to ensure our safe arrival and a great time away as a family. This was the cleanest place we have stayed, and management reached out multiple times throughout our stay to check on things. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay, host and accommodations. Property is a great location to many things and great access to the beach and pool. Parking was easy.

You cannot beat the location or the view from this condo! The unit itself is a fantastic 2 bed/2 bath setup, but the real highlight is the 4th-floor balcony. Looking out over the second pool straight into the Gulf was the perfect way to start and end every day. Clean, convenient, and highly recommended. We’ll be back!

Great winter vacation

We love staying at Maravilla so we can bring our dog. This unit has a great view and has perfect access to the pool and the beach.

Very clean condo, perfect getaway

Condo was very clean and perfect location. Very Pet friendly and I plan on booking again in the future. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

The unit was well-stocked with kitchen equipment and needed utensils. View of the ocean was great! Easy access to several restaurants and stores. Second bedroom is small but had a nice sized bed and built in storage. Good closet space. Bathrooms are updated.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The view is amazing. Great place for pets, families or couples. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. Simply lovely. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Definitely would return.

What a great condo and perfect location!!! Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes/glasses and utensils! View of gulf was amazing! Listing was exactly as promised! Can’t wait to book again!!!

Love the Maravilla

We love the Maravilla. It’s the sweet spot. Not too crowded not too desolate. The beach guys really hook it up with the umbrellas and I swear it’s the best beach I’ve ever been to year after year.

Labor Day Holiday

We had an amazing time and found the condo to be a perfect fit for our family. The view was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes. There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep and the beds were comfortable. We also loved that we could take our dog and that the community is so pet friendly! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. The whole process of booking, checking in, etc. was stress free. Being so close to restaurants, stores, shops, etc. was also perfect for staying at this property. The white sand and emerald waters are breathtaking. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we could bring our fur baby with us. We look forward to returning and enjoying this property again!

Great Stay at Maravilla

We visited in June 2022 and the property was great. Location and view were wonderful and we so appreciate having our fur baby with us on our trip. The beach setup was such a great perk and the attendants were outstanding (remember to tip these guys well!!). The walking path in front of the property is so nice for morning walks. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grills and cooked in most nights. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay that needed attending. Traffic on arrival day is brutal so I would highly recommend arriving early and finding some activity/shopping until check-in time. We definitely plan on returning.

Great little pet friendly place

We got this place because we were vacationing with our adult son, who needed a pet friendly place. The location is great, good access to the beach, great view. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 adult sons. Our only complaint would have been that the room was not very clean when we arrived. We found dirty dished in the cabinet and one of the bathrooms smelled very strongly of urine, not sure if this was from another pet or not :(. I did get some Lysol wipes and fix the situation, but then noticed later that there was some mold in the shower and the grout had not been cleaned in a long time. I know that renting a house or condo is not for everyone, but we do it every year and this one was the most unclean that we have every stayed in. The owners or property management might want to check into getting another cleaning service.

I do wish that you had let us know that you had an issue with cleaning in the condo. We typically receive compliments on the cleaning from our guests and your complaints sadden us immensely. We would address any issues that are found if they are reported. We work very hard to provide beautiful, clean properties for our guests.
