Absolutely beautiful condo. Spacious and beds are comfy. View from the oversized balcony are perfect from sun up to sun down. Elevators on check in/out days was the only issue we had. We waited a long time to get up to the condo due to the fact that only 3 were working for the entire complex. That is not the owners issue but just fyi. Checking in/out on a day other than Friday/Saturday would be recommended!

The facility was top notch ! Condo 1103 had every amenity needed and very comfortable !! The tile floors need a thorough cleaning as we all had dirty socks/ feet from the floors . The condo was well maintained . The lazy River very relaxing and the elevators super fast !! The staff on site were all very kind and helpful ! Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this condo last year and had a great experience. That was the reason we booked it again this year. However, the condo had issues this year that for the price we paid was disappointing. Tv in living room did not work. Tried contacting the host and got no response. Dishwasher did not clean dishes (dishes in cabinet weren’t clean). Master box spring was broken on one side. Two of the three extra fans were broken and there was food under master bed from previous guest. The actual Phoenix West condominium is great. Love the lazy river and amenities and will stay there again BUT will not be staying at this condo again. To pay what a person pays to stay there, this condo was a disappointment.

Clean, nice, good location!

Everything was clean and tidy. Great location, central to a lot of good food and shopping. Loved the pool and lazy river. Good amount of space for our group. Would stay again!

Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix West and will be back. The condo was very spacious and we were all very comfortable. The listing company is very responsive also.

Everything was perfect!

Our family vacation was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about the condo, facility and beach! Only suggestion in the condo would be to put a sectional for more seating.
