This place was fantastic! We love skiing at Granby and this was SUPER convenient. We were easily able to pop in and out to take breaks while we hit the slopes. The condo was awesome inside and had everything we needed. It was nicely updated and comfortable for our family.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Awesome location! This ski in ski out condo is updated so nicely! It is very well appointed with everything we needed yet not cluttered. The bar area with seating is perfect for watching TV, viewing skiers coming down Easy Money or watching the snowcats groom the trails. The third bedroom is ideal for families with children. We definitely want to book this place again!

Great spot that is centrally located between Granby/Frasier/Winter Park

This is a good central location that is near a grocery store, but also had dark skies at night for star gazing. We were able to access Granby/Frasier/Winter Park easily and the location had plenty of sleeping room for all our guests.

Ski Vacay

LOVED our stay! We had 4 adults, 6 kids (ages 16, 12, 12, 10, 9, 2). Very comfortable, great view, easy to ski in/ski out. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Breathtaking!

The property was beautifully renovated! The colors, the layout, the comfort was perfection. We utilized all beds and they were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the early morning hours because of the wildlife!

Great Family Ski Vacation

The location was perfect! We were able to ski in/out from the unit. We had an amazing view of the ski slope. Check in/out process and communication went smoothly. Definitely would recommend for a family vacation!

Great mountain condo

This condo worked great for our family ski trip. Everything in the condo was in great condition and had everything we needed. Very clean and lots of room. We will be back.

Family Summer Trip

The condo was great for our family of 6! Easy access to the lifts if you’re skiing or biking. This was our second time to Granby but our first time using this condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it! Easy access to the grocery store and Granby, as well as Grand Lake and RMNP.

Wonderful Location

The Ski In/Ski Out here is legit. This served as a perfect home base for our ski trip. We had a big group of varying abilities, and anyone could easily ski half way down a green and stop at the condo for a bit to rest or get dry socks or even just stop for a nap. It was perfect.

Great place!

This was a great condo! Had a small issue at arrival with paper products but overall the place was clean and super easy to get to the lift. We were able to ski right into the condo! Great views too! The property manager took care of all our needs and was very responsive. We definitely plan to come back!

Fabulous

Our stay was wonderful the place the amenities everything including the scenery were fabulous we live in Denver. I am a teacher and have been coming up to Grand Lake since I was child. Now my kids get to exp experience the same one of the few Colorado and left that was born and raised here.

Perfect LOCATION!

This is truly a ski in/ski out condo! We loved the location! Condo looks recently renovated. Very easy check in process. Plenty of room for 2 small families. Overall the place was clean. There were a couple of minor instances where things could be cleaner like wine glasses. I would stay here again!

Property has been completely renovated and is adorable! Great set up for our family of 5. Immaculately clean and well stocked. Pictures do not do this property justice. We would highly recommend!

The place is gorgeous. Very private location. We have 2 kids, 1 with autism. So I used to pick spots convenient for the fam. It's very comfortable location with 5 min drive to the community pool and bunch of hot tubs we used every day. Gas station and grocery store is right next to the pool. check in is super easy, condo is new and nice, equipped with all you need for your stay. I would highly recommend this property. but please keep it as is because we do want to come back)

Great Stay!

Communication was A+ from start of reservation to checkout. The property was exactly like the pictures showed, immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with all of the things we needed for a long stay. The beds were very comfortable, even in the bunk room. The big LCD TVs were easy to figure out with lots of streaming options. The unit was on the end which offered privacy and great views of the ski area. We observed deer walking right up to the property just a few feet away. It was very quiet with little noise from other guests. Parking was very close to the entry door which was very convenient. They also supplied many of the little things like shampoo, lotions, fans, etc. The checkout was simple and fair! Looking back, we made a great choice picking this property for our stay.
