great place to stay ....my one critque would be dresser or some thing more to put stuff on in bedroom ....oh and one alarm clock in the place

Amazing

We will definitely be staying at this house again! We have found our home away from home! It’s perfect! Don’t hesitate to stay here. My only suggestion is a pizza pan and a pizza cutter because our boys love pizza!

Ease of access to PCB area to visit. House fit our needs very comfortably. Garage door needs fixing as I had to hold button to close door.

Great stay

We had a great time in the neighborhood. I even brought my pug and he loved the backyard and neighborhood when we had our walks. Only thing is the floors were dirty, our feet were black from walking on it. The dryer was not drying which was a bust because we needed to dry our towels from the beach and then the garbage disposal broke our last day.

Thank you for your review, Abby! We are happy you and your pug had a wonderful time on vacation too! Our housekeepers mop the floors each reservation with a timestamped photo as well. Since your reservation was during the busy season of the area, this property is a high-traffic vacation rental and the floors are mopped more than the average amount in a regular house. This causes the cleaning solution to build up and give the illusion of a dirty floor. In the off-season, our team schedules professionals to come in and strip the floors of the cleaning solution to get it ready for another great season. We apologize for this issue and would have loved to help out during your reservation. Regarding the garbage disposal, it has since been fixed along with the dryer.

Vacation time

We had to get the floors cleaned quite dirty , I think someone should check the dryer vent in the back of dryer it’s partially crushed took forever to dry clothes

The garage and florida room smelled bad.I dont know if it was from previous pets or mold but it was noticeable as soon as you walked in.The place was centrally located and the gate was nice to have so just anybody couldnt come into the neighborhood but for the money I expected more.The last place we stayed in 30A was pet freindly and it was better for the same price.

Loud music

House was fine. Neighbor on left side was tough because for the 11 days we were there we had to listen to extremely loud music hammering through the walls of house at least 7 days. Wether it came from inside or vehicle sitting outside hammering out a tune. Jacob was great the first night when we could not get in house to to lock malfuntion.

This property appeared on the surface to be exactly like the listing; however, it was very dirty. We had to purchase cleaning supplies that night and wash all the bed covers due to stains as we did not feel comfortable sleeping on them. The furniture was stained and dirty. The sunroom was not usable due to the smell of mold and mildew and when it rained, we could see water leaking down a wall. The ice maker did not work and as we were there for a softball tournament we had to purchase many bags of ice during the week.The location of the property was perfect for us and our needs. It had plenty of room for our family.
