We loved our room and the convenience to the pool and beach. It is in a quieter part of the whole Destin area, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for our 7 day stay. The direct pool access was so beneficial. No hassle with waiting on elevators. Legacy Vacations made this the easiest booking we have ever done. This is our new Home away from Home! 5 stars at minimum!

Such an enjoyable stay! Especially appreciated being able to stay a little longer on check out day. Only thing I would change is to have the option to use/leave beach toys in the unit for items that can’t fly home with you. Stewbie’s across the street was our absolute favorite and loved Pino Gelato at the Boardwalk nearby! AJ’s was great too and AJ’s Sea Quest Dolphin Cruise Destin was fun for everyone!

This is an amazing condo! The location is great, lots of things close by. It is a super short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay!

The property was clean and well maintained with ample room for our group of nine. Close to the pool and a very short walk to the sand. The only issue we noted was that the dryer took several runs through to dry.clothes completely, but we were still grateful to have laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend this property!

Bring your own blankets if you get cold at night there were none that we could find.

Beach

We came to enjoy the beach, people were set up with their personal umbrellas. I can’t believe y'all allow that. We rented 2 extra sets and can’t see the ocean, and that’s unbelievable.

Thanks for the feedback, Sherri. It's not up to us on whether that is allowed or not. The beaches on Okaloosa Island are county property and not the private property of each of the condominium association. There really isn't anything we (or the beach service provider) can do. That said, I'm sorry you had that experience all the same.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were several issues with this rental from day one. First night there the hot water in the master bathroom would not turn on (the knob was broke) Second day there was hardly any hot water for everyone to shower and the dryer did not work and there was water leaking from the dryer into the floor and down the wall from the trap. The third day, the toilet in the front bathroom started leaking water into the bathroom floor. The last night there was again no hot water, when we called the 1800 number the guy made us feel stupid as if we just used it all. Maintenance came by and said the wires in the hot water heater were melted. The pool rent a cop targeted certain guest (the guest next to us were owners of a condo in the complex and they had their speaker playing, but we were told to turn ours off). Overall the stay was extremely disappointing, we will not be back.
