Hi Stacey, we hope you enjoyed your overall stay. We apologize when you arrived there were AC issues, but we are glad that we were able to resolve that issue asap! Please know you are able to lower to 70 degrees, we don’t recommend going lower because that can cause the coils to freeze. We would have loved to assist you with the thermostat if it wasn’t allowing you to lower the temp. We have pest control scheduled quarterly, but with this feedback we did schedule pest control to come out to spray for ants so this has been taken care of. We have provided housekeeping feedback regarding the coffee and the towels. Thank you!
