Once again we had a wonderful stay here. The house is located approximately 3 miles outside of the town of Bethel. Far enough away to be isolated on the river but close to town for all groceries and restaurants. The perfect location. We fished the river, paddle boarded the nearby lakes, and hiked several trails within several minutes from the house. We will definitely be returning.

This is the second year we have spent a week here, and hope to return many more times. We love the privacy (although it's a very short drive to town), the quality of the house, and of course the view of the Androscoggin River. The two bedrooms are very comfortable, the showers are great, and the washer and dryer are very convenient. Like last year, the host met us and explained everythng we needed to know, and even had food available for the next morning when we arrived. Bethel is a small but delightful town, and we particularly enjoyed seeing a movie in the Gem Theater. For the outdoor enthusiast, there are several hiking trails and other outdoor attractions near the house. Easily one of the best places we've ever stayed!

Scott was an excellent host and his home was immaculate. We came for a few days of skiing and it was nice to have such a great place to come back to and not have to worry about basic supplies - it was so well stocked! Quick drive to the mountain and great restaurants nearby.

Host greeted us and walked through property to make sure we had everything we needed. Even had a few things for breakfast available. Easy to cook & grill at this vrbo. Kitchen was well stocked.

A beautiful house and a wonderful, easy experience. Perfectly located for all of the many outdoor activities in town, and the house is fully stocked with kitchen and laundry equipment. The owner is very easy going and helpful. Looking forward to another stay!
