Perfect location and accommodations
This property was exactly if not better than the pictures, actually better than the pictures. It is a loft above the owner's three car garage, so there is no elevator but not a lot of stairs (in my opinion). A train does come through, this is no fault of the management company, the train has to blow its horn to warn those that are not paying attention that it is coming through. If you are a light sleeper, this may disturb you. I only heard the train once and slept through the other occurrences. Someone mentioned that the loft gets hot. We didn't experience that and we stayed during Memorial Day weekend. I love a cold house but had to turn the thermostat up to 73 (which is unheard of in my house in Texas, we keep it at 69/70) because it got a little chilly.
Pros:
1) Two parking spaces were provided for our car and our daughter and son-in-law's car.
2) Two bedrooms and two bathrooms
3) Lovely balcony to sip your coffee or tea on and enjoy the breeze in the morning
4) Close to all of the eateries and beach in Gulfport
5) Great and safe neighborhood (according to family that lived in Gulfport)
6) Great and fast communication from the property manager
Cons:
None - we had a very pleasant stay and if we are in Gulfport again, this is where we will try to stay.
