Tiki Bar, 2 hot tubs, private guest only heated pool walking distance to John's Pass and Restaurants. Each unit has individual assigned covered parking and guest parking. The resort has a small cafe and tiki bar along with 24 hour security.

Lovely Beach Stay

This vacation spot is perfect for what we needed. The condo has great views, all of the amenities that you could need, and perfect location for walking to stores and restaurants. The beach location is not overly crowded. Kathy is also very responsive and friendly! We would highly recommend renting this listing.

Perfect place

This place really ia perfect! There were personal little touches that really made this place stand out from other places. We felt safe, the place was very clean, and the amenities were awesome. Most beautiful sunsets and view. Kathy was helpful and responsive!

Had fun at the beach and very much appreciated the staff of Sunset Vistas and the dude's help with the umbrella and chair. Beautiful views of the sunset and moonlight.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This condo is a fantastic unit in a great location. Hot tubs, pools, beach all right there it's everything everyone wants. The unit is clean and stocked and the view is fantastic and the host is friendly and kind. Stores, restaurants, and nightlife are a short walk or cab ride -- not across the street but not far either.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful views, very clean, communicative host, fully stocked and comfy beds! The host provided many little extra touches that we really great! Sunset Vistas is a busy place during Spring break week so the pool was crowded but we still found space and really enjoyed the beach bar! Highly recommend!! Thank you Kathy!

Wonderful Ocean Front Property

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities and much, much more. The host was great and her ocean front condo was perfect in every way! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well worth the cost!

Great rime

The pictures don’t do the view justice. Balcony directly overlooks the beach. Also great views from the living room and master bedroom. Water was warm weather was perfect.

Amazing condo and location

Really amazing condo and location. Everything was perfect with this condo. The condo had everything you needed for a great vacation. It was super clean, communication with property manager was amazing. The facilities were perfect, right on the beach, pool was amazing and they had a bar and also cafe with amazing food. It was extremely close to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Nice condo, great attention to details

Perfect location on the beach. Easy to check in. There were many little things that made our vacation better, like fluffy white towels, make up remover wipes, razors, also coffee and biscotti available. The resort is nice because there’s a cafe with really great food (get the Cuban sandwich!) and a bar near the beach.

Comfort with a Gorgeous View

The condo was the perfect spot for our spring break! It had plenty of space and all of the things one might need for a beach vacation. The location was perfect for the beach and so easy to run up for lunch. The sunset view from our deck was spectacular! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

PERFECTION

Had an amazing time! Condo was beautiful and exactly as described! Lots of personal touches you don’t find at other places.. extra toiletries, coffee, tea and beach supplies and we even had a welcome basket! The host was very friendly and responsive! I would love to stay here again in the future!

The location of this property cannot be beat! This home is even better in person. From your parking to the beach - everything is right there. This beach has the best wildlife, friendly people & one of the quieter beaches and towns you’ll find. We hope to be back!

Even more beautiful than the pictures show!

We had an amazing time at Kathy's condo! Everything was perfect- From check in, to communication, to all of the extras! The kids loved all of the snacks and my husband and I appreciated having the coffee! The place was clean and within walking distance to John pass and to many other places too! We hope to be back again some time soon!

Excellent Weekend Getaway

The condo was well stocked and contained everything you would need for a beach vacation. There were only three of us and it was the perfect size. The owner was responsive and helpful. The beach was well maintained and clean. The only negative I would give, and it’s not through any fault of the owner, is that the condo is a few floors above the bar and the night before we were supposed to leave very early, the patrons of the bar were very loud and it was difficult to sleep due to their loud raised voices.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed everything about this condo. The beachfront view and location are perfect. The condo was spotless. It was stocked with toiletries, plenty of soft towels. Kitchen well stocked and even had snacks and coffee. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve ever been treated. The resort has a small beachside bar with great bartenders. There is even a cafe on site to get breakfast or lunch/ early dinner. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great trip!

Thank you Kathy for sharing your condo with us! It was clean and the description of the condo on the website accurately depicts the condo. The welcome snacks were so lovely!! Just what we needed after arriving. So was the coffee! We enjoyed it while sitting on the patio waiting for our family to wake each day.

Location location location!

Great location steps from the beach, two pools and easy walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We had absolutely beautiful weather with nightly sunset from our balcony. The hosts are responsive and answer questions quickly. The condo is cozy, but all we did was sleep there. Everything you need is provided. there was so much to do. Music along the beach every night, good seafood. S plenty of sunshine.
