#75 was a nice condo but needs new flooring/carpeting in the living room and as other guests have said a couch would be nice in the living room instead of the love seat. The location is very private which also makes the interior dark which did not bother me at all but might bother others.Parking was no problem on the street since none of the parking lots were convenient to that building. All in all a really good place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Across the street from the Fort Marcy Park

Comfortable and clean. We did not have time to use the pool or hot tub so I can't comment on that. For me the nicest thing was being across the street from the fort Marcy park. The proximity to nature was nice. The place was quiet and convenient

Excellent

This place looks like it was recently updated, which was nice. There is plenty of parking and it's a nice walk to the Plaza, but we used an Uber to get back so we didn't have to walk uphill.

Cute suite, perfect for our needs.

Cute suite, perfect for our needs. I gave it a 4 for location as it is a little walk to the Plaza, but doable if you are in shape or have a car. Nice pool and hot tub.

central and yet wild

Lovely landscaping; individual apartments; central and yet wild enough that I almost literally bumped into a deer on my way down to the car.

Very clean

We had a spacious, well-equipped unit with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was very clean, kitchen had all we needed, and the beds were comfortable. It was about a 15 minute walk to the plaza, restaurants, and other sites in town. Every employee we encountered was courteous and professional. I wish the pool/hot tub were open later at night. Closing at 6pm kept us from being able to use those facilities. All in all, it was a very good stay.

It would be nice to have a dark curtain in the bedroom. The sun was outrageously bright and there is no trees to help block room.I was not a fan of the living room furniture. Would be nice to have a longer couch, not just loveseat to rest on.The kitchen was well appointed and bathroom was easy.

Very Good

The check in/out was seamless and and the complex is in a wonderful part of town, close enough to walk to many places/sites but off the busy path of tourists. We made use of the onsite pool and laundry facilities. The apartment was clean and well appointed, though the kitchen and bathroom are in need of updating. We would definitely consider a return visit.
